Every time I’ve been to this dealership, I’ve had a wonderful experience. I’ve always been lucky enough to meet humble and welcoming people over here. This time it was Arlo, the manager, Ryan, the business manager, and Abbasi, the salesperson. All these people were excellent at doing there job, but Mr. Abbasi deserves special credit as he went above and beyond in helping me choose my new car and making the right and the best decision that I could. He was very polite and not at all a pushy salesman as he did everything before asking me if I was comfortable with it. My 2008 Highlander got Toyota headquarters' letter of "Customer Support Program (CSP)" to eligible repair Blizzard Pearl paint peeling problem for free. Chantilly Toyota Service Dept allowed to redo my hood's paint with factory genuine quality, two fenders may be fixed as well, those areas are all new paint now. Beside, noticed some missing plastic clips on the engine bay were added at the bodyshop while working on paint job. This ticket was accepted at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota with CSP and two recalled jobs, transferred to Ourisman Fairfax for painting. Picked up at Ourisman Chantilly with shinning waxed outcome as photos showing, much appreciated!

It is a very exceptional and difficult time to buy a car in June 2022 I got car accident went to total loss and I have to buy a car, used car is very unreasonable prices so I decide to go and buy a new car to order a new car you need to wait at least 2 to 3 months to get it but first I enter this dealership first table to your right a wonderful man (Amen Riyati) make a miracle happen he got me Toyota sienna XLE in two weeks only! I have always heard horror stories about service at dealerships, but I’ve been using Ourisman for years now and am very happy with them. I recently had a problem with my van that was fully covered under warranty, but the part was back ordered for weeks. I so appreciate that they were able to give me a loaner for that whole time — they even found a van so that I had room for all the kids and car seats! The people are attentive and explain everything well, often with photos, so you can make informed decisions about repairs. I will keep coming back.

This is my 1st service At Chantilly Toyota. Had a recall on my truck. They gave me same day service. It was quick and easy. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous. It's very important to me because I own a automotive repair garage in New England for over 30 plus years that is still in operation today. It was nice to be treated the way I treat my customers.
