I was looking for purchase two used cars on the lot. I was looking for cars with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. I would highly recommend Tony Armendariz at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. I love my 2022 Toyota Corolla LE. I called around to different dealerships trying to find what I was looking for but Tony came through for me. He was responsive and found exactly what I wanted. My 2008 Highlander got Toyota headquarters' letter of "Customer Support Program (CSP)" to eligible repair Blizzard Pearl paint peeling problem for free. Fairfax Toyota's body shop worked on this ticket with a very good outcome, they redone my hood's paint with factory genuine quality, two fenders may be fixed as well, those parts are all new paint now. Beside, noticed some missing plastic clips on the engine bay were added at the bodyshop while working on paint job. This ticket was accepted at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota with CSP and two recalled jobs, transferred to Ourisman Fairfax for painting. Picked up at Chantilly with shinning waxed outcome as photos showing, much appreciated!

Ramon is the best sales person I’ve dealt with. I ordered for a new car that was still in transit and he gave me a daily update. He answered all of my questions in great detail and without a sour attitude. He was very kind and patient which made the purchase process pretty smooth. I truly would have gone with another dealership if not for Ramon. Alejandro, the finance guy, also did great in explaining the numbers to me. Not only did he use his words, he also used diagrams and scenarios. Ourisman Fairfax Toyota is the best!

Maurice Allen provides excellent service! He is always friendly, cheerful and efficient. He does a great job of keeping me updated if there are any unexpected issues found with my Highlander during service and then patiently explains what repairs need to be done and why. Maurice arranges a loaner for me if the repairs will take a long time and Sergio always greets me with a smile and makes the process so easy. And I always appreciate that they wash my car after the service is done.

A couple of years ago my dad bought a Toyota Camry hybrid and as gas prices started rising, I decided it was time for me to get one as well. After searching online, I found that many places had the hybrids on back order or ones that were on the way to dealership. With Tanvir's help, I was able to get a good price for my trade-in, a beautiful hybrid, and a great technical review of how the car tech works (AppleCar play for the win!). Ten with financing was also great too as he helped my dad and I understand pricing and what would work best for me. I've had it for a few days now and enjoy it immensely. I wrecked my car and had to buy a new car in an environment where there’s very little inventory. Mustafa was great, help me narrow down the field as to what I wanted and needed and was not the pushy salesman type. Something else I really like was that they have a tech crew on site to show you all of the technical features of your new car when you buy it. I I’ve never had a Toyota, but so far, I’ve discovered that they have a lot more to offer than a lot of other car manufactures.
