Mechansville Toyota customer service is lacking. The service workers never greet me( I always have to greet first) Sorry to say: but it’s a race thing! I’m African American and the workers are all Caucasian. On a positive note: service is never on the long side. I have the 2021 Camry and it is the best. Only downfall is the floor carpet; it was not cut precisely and it comes a loose often. Asked service to fix it, they did a tuck which didn’t fix the actual issue. Otherwise no complaints about the car itself. I would just like to see equal service for All customers. All staff need should greet customers as they are there for whatever reasons. Staff need to be more attentive! A simple hello, how can I help you, GOES A LONG WAY!

I purchased new tires and had them installed by Mechanicsville Toyota and from the parts guy(James), to the service advisor (Rob)down to the mechanic(forgot his name) made the experience so easy and absolutely awesome. Even had time to do my inspection which was due this month and I actually forgot about it. They nailed it and would gladly recommend anyone to these guys and this dealership. Even talked for a while as I was waiting to a sales associate (Mike Elliot) that was very friendly, not a typical pushy salesman. I’ve dealt with several dealerships from VA, NC and Florida and this experience was one of the smoothest, friendly and so easy. Thanks guys!

The staff at Mechanicsville Toyota was absolutely phenomenal when my husband and I purchased our 2022 Toyota Tacoma. A huge shout out to our salesmen Hunter Long. He was amazing and down to earth guy that was flexible and went the absolute extra mile for us including staying 4 hours over his shift to work around our schedule. I purchased a 2022 Tundra from Mechanicsville Toyota. Nick Valentine was an awesome sales rep and helped me and guided me through out my search and selection. Zak Lewis helped me with the purchase and was awesome as well taking excellent care of us and going through everything and made sure to tell us several times to contact him if any questions or issues! Great customer service from both!! They will be my first contact next time we go to purchase another Toyota!
