On March 3, 2021at 9:42 pm I visited Kroger Fuel #857 New Haven to redeem $17 lotto instant winners and to apply it to my Daily 3 and 4 purchases. I presented 5 winning tickets to Vanessa to redeem towards my online lotto purchase. She scanned them all and only redeemed the $10 winner and demanded cash for the rest of my purchase. I reiterated to her that there were multiple winners however she ignored my request. I demanded the return of my property and she refused again. I eventually paid the $6.00 difference. I believe she wanted to keep the rest of my instant winners, if not why would she try to keep my property. If I'm wrong why did she not scan my other instant winnings to redeem towards my purchase?

Pulled up to get gas at 9:45pm was going to pre pay. Cashier is walking out says shes on break. I coudnt get gas because she was on break and there was no one to cover for her.

Waited 20 min to get my change and then she gave me the wrong change and I ended up waiting another 15 min for it to be fixed.

It has new pumps. It's location in the parking lot can be problematic for driving through the lot to the store.
