Waited at the self checkout for 10 minutes only to have to hunt down the employee to have her check my id for Mucinex. What’s the point of self checkout if no one is around because they are to buisy gossiping at the pharmacy. Seriously you guys have been going down the drain for 3 years. Can ya get it together some of us don’t have time at 9 am to hunt employees down only to be told use the self checkout! So my question is why does she have a job if her reaction is to talk to me like trash and tell me use the self checkout which I was.. I’ll go to Walgreens now! Thanks for nothing

I am tired of them never having my prescriptions ready, or giving me meds I don't take. They are not helpful with price/discount cards that I am told are going to be on file.

Poor customer service provided. I will make the extra 10+ minute drive to a different CVS location that delivers better customer service.

I wish someone would sit down with the Pharmacy personnel and let them know how to treat people better. I get you may have a few rude people that may come in now and then, but you don’t have to be rude to everyone that asks a question. If you are training everyone in the Pharmacy to be rude then you have succeeded. Your notification system also did not work when the script was done. I really don’t know why anyone wants to shop here based on price and how you are treated and not just once but multiple times. Meijer has you beat hands down in every way from price to service.

Horribly rude. I changed to vvs because of bad service at 1 store at another chain. I think I'll go back. This is the second CVS to give me horrible service. Lake st and New haven did it for me.waiting on my last prescription from you guys. Im sure this is what you'd rather happens, judging from your employees

Never had any problems with getting my medication. People were always nice. Seems odd , so much hate.

The staff is very u welcoming towards people. An has no respect for their needs. I would like to point out that the pharmacy is not included in this.

I would rather have bamboo shoots rammed under my fingernails than go to this pharmacy. Rude, absolutely unhelpful employees. And they always try to charge the wrong price on my prescriptions, higher of course. Then you have to stand there while they huff and puff about fixing THEIR screw up. Every once in a while they will get a helpful employee, but they never stay. Wonder why. I have always been polite, in spite of their complete lack of basic courtesy, but my patience is wearing thin. The employees in the rest of the store are actually very helpful, but no way does this place get more than one star from me with that pharmacy.

If you like dealing with stupid, incompetent people then this is the pharmacy for you. My prescription was $25 more than at the St Joes CVS...no reason why. I asked them to hold off filling until I had updated insurance information. Called with that. Idiot#1 said she needed Bin#. Insurance company doesn't use Bin# any more. Called back. Idiot#1 "I need Bin #". No Bin number. Just fill prescription and I will pay for it and turn it into insurance. Idiot#1 "I can't fill it until it's paid for". Really?!?! The 5 previous times I had it filled at CVS, why didn't it have to be paid for first. Idiot#1 "I don't know, sir." Me. "That's why I named you Idiot #1".

At first, I enjoyed and appreciated having a drive thru pharmacy just a few blocks from my house. However, I have had multiple negative interactions at the pharmacy here with the pharmacist, techs, and associates. Most recently i was told even though i dropped off a scrip to be filled in a couple days, i still had to call in on the day it could be filled to request that the scrip be filled... yes it was a controlled substance, but at walmart and meijer pharmacies i have had no issue with dropping off a scrip a few days early with them filling it automatically for me on the date it could be filled. When i questioned the pharmacy employee about this policy, she took on a negative tone and repeatedly emphasized that it was a controlled substance like i was trying to get one over. I work 56 hours a week and convenience is paramount for me. I dont appreciate being treated so negatively and i wont be giving CVS my business at all anymore, and i will let me friends know about this treatment and encourage them to do the same.
