Good prompt professional business but for my specific car tuning wasn't satisfactory not that Chad knew what he was doing but there are other tuning software available online such a bad news racing! I JUST FOUND OUT FROM BAD NEWS RACING THE HP TUNERS IS NOT RELIABLE

Have been doing business with Chad and his company for couple years. I would send customer his direction anytime I could. After the way My wife and I was treated and ghosted I will never go back to his shop nor recommend anyone go there. Oct. 2021 we were given a wedding gift to have my wife's car tuned at the shop. Chad had my wife's car for close to five weeks. He wasn't able to get the tune to work which was a bummer. This is where it gets really bad. While the car is in Chad's hands to take care of my wife's car it gets hit in his parking lot. I stop in to find out about the tune as its taken five weeks to see my wife's left passenger door caved in on a car she has only owned a month or two. Chad tells me I'm really sorry about this and I'm going to get to the bottom of this. He was working with his neighboring business to find a door and get it painted and was going to pay to fix the car. Was given excuse after excuse about how this happened or this happened. Now its going on almost April 2022 now and the car is still not fixed and he has ghosted us. Someone I thought I could trust with our cars and send family and friends to. Even had out to our wedding I trusted so much. So beware going here as now my wife and I have to pay to fix a problem we didn't ask for nor have to pay for.

Was really nice and help me out. The one star is because found out that he really did not fix the issue that was wrong with it. Had a oil leak coming from oil pan. He said that had to pay extra because it needed extra work to fix the problem. During the winter had to get body work because someone hit the car. While the body work was getting done they brought up that there is a oil leak. Asked where and they said it is coming from the oil pan and another spot. So the oil pan leak that was supposed to fix which cost me $400 to fix did not get fixed. Should of trusted my gut and went somewhere else. Now I have to spend money to fix the problem not again but to actaully fix the problem.

Worked on a 19 camaro after got a downpipe and catback exhaust installed on it needed a ecm tune done. Also installed a throttle body I wasn't able to put on due to no time on my part. Knowledgeable in his field definitely noticed an change in my car
