Got the worst Experience at the Bob Thomas Ford Body Shop on Coliseum Boulevard in Fort Wayne Indiana. Last Year May I took my car for a front bumper replacement, I had a custom bumper. Two weeks after my bumper was installed is when the problem started. The paint on my bumper started pilling off by itself, even with the car being parked. I took it back where after some arguments they agreed to paint it again. The body shop manager stated the reason for this is the custom bumper and that they normally do not work on custom bumpers. They should have refused the job in the first place. I picked up my car a week later and one week after, the paint started pilling off again. I took it back again and asked them if they are using a primer. They chased me away and refused to work on the car again. After months of believing my custom bumper was the problem and now the paint nearly all gone, I decided to take my car to another dealership and get a second opinion. Long story short, I ended paying $450 for a new paint job, this was way cheaper than what I had pain at Bob thomas. Its been 2 months now and the bumper still looks new and the paint is NOT pilling off at all. Thus, if Bob Thomas had done the job right in the first place I could have save the $450 that I paid for a repaint. Had a good experience buying a car from them. The salesman David Varne was the best he's very friendly and easy going he was a pleasure to do business with would come back and buy from him and would recommend my family and friends to him

We kept asking our sales man questions about details (for example: Does this model come with automatic transmission? How much would it cost to add cruise control to this model?) and he kept responding with "I don't know" and then going to "ask his manager" before coming back 20 minutes later still without an answer. After 3 or 4 rounds of this, I had had enough and left. Bottom line: the vehicles seem to be good, but the customer service not so much.
