We had zero luck at other dealers due to a unique financial situation. When we went into Lochmandy, it was going to be our final attempt at finding a vehicle. Charlie was able to think outside the box, work with our needs, and put us in the exact vehicle we were hoping for. Not only are we happy with the sale and the flexibility provided, but while we were there, Charlie treated us like family, even entertaining our 3 year old while we signed. I cannot say enough about Dave Anderson, he is so easy to work with. We have lived in Elkhart since 1993 and have bought almost every personal and company vehicle from him. I'm not a travel all over the state looking for the car I want, kind of girl. I call Dave, tell him what I'm looking for, color, options and he finds it for me or in this case ordered it for me. I trust him and know that he has my best interest at heart. He isn't one to bully you into something you are not sure on, he doesn't assume that because you came to see him you will buy from him. I have never felt like a number when dealing with Dave. I even called him once from a Jeep rental car because I couldn't find the gas button and he gladly helped me out with its location. He explains everything in detail and is always willing to answer question. This was the first time I traded in a vehicle with Lochmandy Auto Group, let me tell you they appraised my 2017 vehicle at more than fair value. I have never felt taken advantage of at Lochmandy in all these years. GO SEE DAVE ANDERSON!!!

Dave Anderson is the salesman my generation and my father's generation grew up hearing about from our grandfather's, the kind of salesman who devotes his time to the customer and fights for them to get the best deal. Dave did just this for myself and my wife. Dave fought and fought to get us in a vehicle suitable for us. And he did just that. A stress was lifted off our shoulders and we owe it all thanks to Dave Anderson and Lochmandy Auto group for the hard work they did getting us the best deal we could get. In my book Lochmandy is the number one dealer in northern Indiana and my wife and I will continue to go back to Dave Anderson at Lochmandy Auto group. This is part 2 as Lochmandys service department was also part of our journey. They worked hard to resolve a problem we had on our vehicle which we ultimately decided to trade in. Our decision WAS NOT influenced by Lochmandy. Lochmandy service department provided great communication and fought with my extended warranty company to help favor me the best they could. All this being said, I will refer all my friends and family to go to Lochmandy for their services and to seek out Dave Anderson. Dave Anderson is the best at what he does and you should allow him the opportunity to show it to you.
