The associates at Community Ford Lincoln of Bloomington, IN were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Gerry, who helped me was not pushy and aided me in finding my wants and needs in a vehicle. They have a large selection of vehicles to check out and test drive. They were also very helpful in going over warranties and the credit process. I love my Lincoln Corsair. I felt like Harry Potter, the Corsair chose me. I am very unhappy with the service I received at Community Lincoln. I was told I needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter. Both were changed 9 months ago. Understand- It takes minimum of 10 minutes to get to the cabin air filter. Glove box and panels need removed (Lincoln Navigator) and then 10 to put back together. Mechanic was questioned when I asked if he actually checked. He emphatically confirmed. Once home i checked everything because I was suspicious. Engine air filter was not checked - air box was still dirty with no finger or hand prints. The invoice stated that the windshield washer fluid was topped off. I had to add 3/4 gallon to fill. Asked for full synthetic oil change, per invoice I received a synthetic blend. No car wash or coupon received as stated on invoice. After discovering all the lies, I called to speak with service manager. He was supposed to call back the next morning. It has been 8 days. The last service visit I was told the rear brakes needed changed. When the rear brakes were changed they still had 1/2 service life left. My experience: Bloomington Community Ford / Lincoln - they upsell and lie. Cannot be trusted.

I'm above and beyond satisfied with my service at the Bloomington Ford. I've had a couple new cars and I know getting a vehicle serviced can be frustrating at times. Walt Naylor was my Service Advisor this time and his attention to detail, kindness and patience with me was the best I've ever encountered! His professional knowledge made the whole experience satisfying. I would also like to thank Laurence S. in the shop who personally worked on my Ford Transit Connects transmission. It drives just as good as it did the day I bought it. I love my van and I'll have it forever. Omg where can I start…. I filled out the application online and Nate contacted me immediately about the used Buick Encore I was looking at on their website. We agreed to meet the next day and take the vehicle for a test drive. He was kind and courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle and once it was agreed for purchase, the paperwork was simple and didn't take too long at all. I would say the quickest and easiest time I've bought a car ever. Plus the vehicle I purchased; they had changed the oil, done the breaks, changed filters, etc. All the things my husband would have done once we got it home. He let me know when it came in and Randy was helpful with the paper work to close the deal. Really satisfied with these guys!

Sales staff was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Jake listened to my vehicle and financial needs and proposed the perfect vehicle for me. I was in and out of the dealership within a few hours, mainly due to me taking my time through the negotiation stage of the deal. Jake took the time to set up my vehicle to the Ford Pass app, as opposed to rushing me off. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
