Charged me thousands of dollars for an add on option I refused multiple times. Made multiple promises to fix the issue with zero follow through. They don't return calls once they get your money and you realize they screwed you out of $10k over the duration of the loan agreement. Had a great experience until Kevin in finance lined his pockets charging me for extras I already turned down. Based off my experience I would throw money into the street before before doing another deal with this dealership

The reason for 3/5 stars is the fact that they assign you a personal representative to take care of your service needs. This is a wonderful system as long as the person that has been assigned to you is at work, if not then no one really knows how to help you. My first experience here at Nissan Fort Wayne, my personal representative was out sick for most of the week so trying to find anything out was very difficult, I requested to pay online or over the phone and was told that cannot be done, after I arranged for my truck to be picked up and my friend paid for the repairs in person I received an online link to pay for the truck after it was already paid for....

They told me the wait for my oil change would be 2 hours. This was a scheduled appointment (not a walk-in). After three hours, I had to ask what was going on. They did not keep me updated like other Nissan service centers always have. I asked for new windshield wipers. They charged me for them. But my wipers are not new and still say "RainX" (the brand of wipers I had on my car prior to my service date). A few days after my oil change, my car's low windshield wiper fluid notification went off. They did not top off my vehicle's fluids. They put someone eles's next oil change sticker on my windshield (the mileage is at half of what my car currently has). They did give me a 20% discount for the long wait, but the charge for the windshield wipers (including a labor charge) that I didn't receive, kind of negates that. I'm disappointed. Other Nissan dealerships have always been very good to me.

Bought a 2016 Cruze through Chris. Chris was awesome and the car was nice. Had an incident where the check engine light came on right before I drove away and they paid to fix it at a Chevy Dealer. However, I wouldn’t call for the warranty when getting financing. I first declined the warranty, then with some persuading I decided to sign up. I have asked for paperwork/documents regarding the warranty portion 3 times and still haven’t received anything. Also wasn’t made aware of who financed it until last week when a bank sent me all my financing documents in the mail. I’d definitely recommend buying a car through Chris. However, I do not recommend getting financing through them, getting a warranty through them, or anything other than strictly buying a vehicle. BRING YOUR OWN FINANCING AND DON’T FALL FOR THE WARRANTY.

Our rep, John Hefty, was very professional and courteous. This was my daughter's first vehicle, and he listened and worked hard to match a vehicle with our needs and budget like family would do. The detailed car history was presented clearly and nothing was hidden. I also really appreciated management helping to make it happen. Awesome service!!

People were very nice, however I do feel I was lied to. Air only worked for a few minutes and needs new a/c compressor. Also in first week had to change left rear wheel bearing. So on top of all I have spent an extra $500 not happy with that! If this is what Fort Wayne Nissan needs new inspector!

Awesome service!! I purchased a used Nissan Altima last week and salesman John Hefty did an excellent job from start to end. He gave me his direct cell # and so my questions were answered immediately. He made some verbal promises which he stuck to well after the sale was made. Thanks for going that extra mile John!!

I had a great experience at Ft Wayne Nissan. Chris Hulen & Jonathan Ankney were easy to work with. I live in Ohio and we handled everything over the phone. When I arrived everything we needed to do was done, so I could sign and drive. I would purchase from then again! I bought a 2022 Armada. Chris did go over all the features of the car with me and paired my phone with the car. Then it was time to enjoy the ride home!

I had a great experience working with everyone at Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with John, Cody, and Nick and they were all a pleasure to work with! Everyone at Nissan was so kind and helpful! They made the process of getting a vehicle after my car accident as quick and painless as possible! They didn’t beat around the bush and they were not pushy in the sense of trying to say anything to make a sale. They were very transparent and ultimately, they put me in the car I wanted and I absolutely LOVE it!!

Everyone was very nice & professional. The entire building was clean & tidy. The repairs my car needed were done quicker than I had expected. The shuttle service they offer is very convenient and the driver I had (David) was friendly and very funny. Made a stressful day much better. It would be even nicer if they had pulled my car around to the front for me to pick it up after I paid, but I didn't mind a stroll through the lot. Overall, I'm satisfied & will return when my car needs service again.
