Pretty good burger, Had the Pt Lobos. My only complaint is I am not a huge fan of that type of BBQ sauce and it was a bit greasy. Other than that, great fries cooked perfectly and called in order and was done on time.

My family and I ate here after some of us competed in the Spartan Race in Monterey. The burgers were huge and delicious and we loved the mozzarella sticks too.

This place exceeded my expectations, the burger is just amazing. I had the beast and it is truly a beast, 2 half pound patties with eggs, mushrooms and cheese. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Monterey.

The best workers, tasty burgers, awesome location. Every time I'm in Monterey I need to go here and every time it's amazing. I can't speak higher of the workers either. Their default cheeseburger is what an in-n-out burger wishes it was. Everything always tastes so fresh.

Being vegetarian, sometimes it's hard to find a nice place for a good, juicy, meat-free burger. At Sur Burger they offer 3 amazing options. I tried the impossible burger and I must say it was just like meat! Even my non-vegetarian friend who tried it said the same. All the ingredients tasted amazing and fresh. And the fries were delicious too! Big portions. The service was great, very friendly staff. I would recommend!

m not sure why everybody doesn’t eat all of their hamburgers here. I had the works cheeseburger and it was probably the best cheeseburger I’ve had in years. We also had the fish and chips and my son had a regular Sur cheeseburger. We added avocado and it was fresh and great quality. This will probably end up our family‘s favorite late night burger spot. Thank you Chef and awesomely sweet waitress. Superb service and food!

I really want to like this place but the food was sort of ho-hum. My daughter ordered a burger and it was under cooked and chewy. The chicken sandwich my wife and I shared was “ok” but it fell apart really easy and just didn’t taste that good. Much like everything in California, it was kind of pricey but I feel like the quality should match the price.

Sur Burger is so much more than just burgers. So much so, i think their name is doing a disservice. I've walked by a bunch of times cause i wasn't in the mood for a burger. Located in the heart of Downtown Monterey, this burger spot has a really nice interior vibe and good branding. Most importantly though, the food is pretty good. Although it’s a bit pricey, the burger and sauce they use were both extremely tasty and the fries were crispy to perfection. The staff were also very nice! It’s worth a visit if you’re in the area for sure.

Great burgers! I was very happy with my meal. The employees were friendly, fast, and efficient. Their fries are some of the crispiest I've had in a long time. Their burgers are juicy and loaded with everything a burger should have. I loved the grilled onion and avocados. I also appreciated being able to sit outdoors (with indoor sitting options also available). If you're searching for a burger, this joint will satisfy your cravings. Thank you so much!
