I've been buying my work boots from this location for the past five years, that ends today. Not only do they no longer carry half the brands they used to have, the work boots and hiking sneakers have been deregulated out of the actual shoe department along a back next to hunting equipment. The only other thing of note is an employee came out of the back work area and almost walked into me while talking to another employee, like he was a cartoon character. He saw me and started talking normally. Amazing. So yeah don't go here if you want work boots, or if you don't want to be run over by an employee doing his finest South Park impression.

Went to this store on Sunday found a jacket I wanted to purchase and was suppose to be on sale. When I got up front of course it wasn’t on sale. The cashier asked a coworker to check and the sign was there. The cashier said go take a picture of it and show her when we walked over to it the girl that checked the sign was rushing to grab all the jackets off that rack and made comments that the coats where never on that rack when clearly they were. They messed up with their signage and go to accuse you that you moved like 20 coats. Terrible customer service !!!!!

I like this store. I golf hunt and camp. I almost always find what I need. With 3 kids from softball, to football and lacrosse, I could drop in and pickup what they needed. Glad to see more rifles and shotguns back in stock. Employees are great people and always helpful.

My son was shopping in your store with his aunt last night. They lost his wallet and went back to the store to see if he lost it there. The manager Mike felt so bad because they had on the same day some run ins with some shop lifters that he decided to give him a $50 gift card to the store. This was so amazingly sweet and we are overwhelmed with compassion of the store. Thank you guys.

Not impressed with their Covid shopping set up. You can't leave the store without going through the checkout lines even without a purchase. At checkout there's little room at the end of the register, people clog up there so forcing everyone through there without a purchase is just stupid.

Probably the best brick and mortar sporting goods chain. Knowledge staff for specific questions about the individual sports. Good outdoors section for camping. I liked their cooler and folding outdoor chair selections. . The team sports departments are the best around. Softball, baseball, soccer. Good for football too. The golf and casual sports wear lines at this store are particularly good. Have to knock off a star for the prices being higher than at the general chains and online, but mostly because the checkout process is always a chore. Trying to check out quickly at the start of fall or spring sports seasons is impossible.

Purchased a new bike here for my son for Christmas on Thanksgiving. Normally hate shopping this day but only chance i had to get a larger gift like this without my son seeing it. Great service as the associate did they like to give all bikes a once over before they go out the door but their bike guy was off that day, he would be in the next day. All well and good, glad they take the time to do that. Asked if Monday would be good to get it as I was off of work then. Get there Monday at 3pm. Plenty of time to fill tires and adjust brakes. Find bike and nothing done to it. I find somebody who I'm told is the bike guy. He starts to work in it and i tell him I'll be back in 30 minutes and he says that's plenty of time. 30 minutes later i go back for the 3rd time to find the bike with minimal done to it. Find employee who was working on it and then tells me the bike guy will be in tomorrow he couldn't figure out the brakes. Now i have to go back a fourth time to finally get this bike. I'll never buy a bike from them again.
