SCAM ALERT!!!!! Terrible customer service!! I prepaid for parking via app 17 dollars hours before I arrived. Upon my arrival all reserved stops were full. I went into the store to inform the lady that I had prepaid for parking and she informed me that she couldn't do anything because the GOLF CART wasn't working. After debating with her about why she needed a golf cart to have someone who didn't pay move I asked for my refund. There was 3 other drivers that had the same issue as I and she lady didn't care AT ALL. I I then told her I would just go make a spot and she said if I did that she would come tell me to move. So she would come tell me to move but not the trucks who didn't pay to move. Seems fishy to me. I think she was selling the spots for a discounted rate scamming flying J out of the money. I will never do business at this location ever agian and will inform everyone about the scam this lady was running.

Pilot/Flying J are way better than that 'other' truck stop. Water faucets stay on, plenty of soap, and most with fresh hot food.. Almost all have laundry facilities. Almost no issues at Pilot/Flying J.

Absolutely useless pump stations. Its a parking lot of trucks that “i just fuel at the loves in huntington.” No hot food that seems safe to eat past 8-10pm… and its the only pilot near here. Guess i need a loves card.

I would've given a five star rating. But we had permission BY MANAGEMENT to park overnight and plug in because our generator got stolen in Houston, Texas. The janitor came out and started whining and crying because he couldn't get his trash can over our cord. 🙄 He talked to my husband like a punk and put his finger basically in my husband's face. I don't tolerate people like that. Management, there's more to the story. Please contact us as we want to resolve this issue.

Pulled up to the pumps to fuel but needed to make an emergency use of restroom. No sooner than I ran through the door and they were yelling for people to move their trucks on the loud speaker even though their were 5 empty pumps with no one at them!!! They would never dream of treating people in cars that way...

Need the cappuccino machine back and had to stop into the Huddle House next door but flying j has a little of everything so it's always a quick and easy trip for all my needs for snacks, meals or travel.

$5 4 for a single cold cinnamon roll in a box. That sat there all night (one roll and you can't even give me a fresh one for $4?!) Also no coffee ground no coffee cups the whole coffee area is out of stock and the guy could care less when I told him. 5:30am and you're not ready for the day to start yet? Yikes. Guess I'll have to stop at loves from now on because they always have coffee ready when I wake up

Super dirty restrooms. Toilet paper all over. Feces on the walls. Smelled really really bad. Floors were very dirty. Sinks were very dirty. 5/19/21 11:00 am

Easy access for an RV’er. The RV pumps are easily accessible. There is propane and a dump station right next to the fueling station. The dump station costs $10 and the lid to the dump is locked, till you pay. It’s right next to the far RV pump. The facility is very clean and well stocked. A good place to stop if you need a break, gas/diesel, and refreshments. This is probably the first Flying J / Pilot that I’ve seen more than one ‘restaurant’.

Decent location. Good amount of parking. Separate RV fuel islands and parking. Wide open and easy to maneuver for large vehicles or pulling trailers. Store appeared to be well stocked, neat and orderly. Men's room could have been cleaner.
