Tried charging double the price of agreement. They took the car to a different mechanic because they couldn't fix it and never asked or mentioned it until the bill. Guess what, car still is not fixed, I suggest you go to a real mechanic such as your local dealership. Apparently from the reviews I've read since, this has been an ongoing issue with this place. I would never use this place again nor recommend it to anyone. I know better shade tree mechanics. Worst mechanic shop I've ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with.

Was charged way too much for what was done. Needed the vehicle sooner than anyone we usually used could get it done. Afterwards we told the other places what we were charged. All told us the same thing, we got ripped off. The price was $300-$400 more than they charge. Almost double the price!😢 We have to bite the bullet this time but we won't be doing that again.😢

Owner is rude, don't care about customers. Had my car towed there, went back the next morning to ask some questions. Out of nowhere, Was told point blank to take my car somewhere else that he didn't care. I don't know what this man's problem was. I don't recommend anyone doing business there. I know I will never again

Hats off to Dresden 4X4 Automotive Service Center! They very quickly had my car ready for a reasonable price. In addition to expertly diagnosing the problem with my car, they took it on a Saturday when they were closed. Obviously this business values service, expertise, as well as kindness. My experience with Dresden 4X4 reminds me of the benefits local, family-owned business.
