If I could give this place a 0 I would. My pizza was delivered burnt. When I called I spoke with Crystal and told her the situation. She quickly responded and said she didnt know what to do. She then said she was the "manager" but no solution. This is unacceptable. What am I supposed to do with burnt pizza? 😕

We had to cancel an order on June 4th. It was going to take over 2.5 hours to get our food. I had to drive there to cancel my order. The guy canceled it and told me I would have a refund in 3 to 5 buisness days. Here I am a month out, I've returned twice, contacted corporate and still have not receaved a response.

This Dominoes has ALWAYS done a great job filling our orders, even during the pandemic. The team at Grumpy Bob’s is Thankful they are close by for staff lunches!

Half of the time I can't get the website to send an order through, and the store can't match the online coupons, or won't try. The one time I got the order to go through, the pizza had a huge bubble in the dough that wasn't popped, and the hand tossed crust was probably expired, because it was very very flat.

Great dominos! I accidentally ordered shortly before they close for the night (my fault). I received a phone call not too long after I placed my order letting me know that they unfortunately would not be able to complete my order as the drivers had too many other stops to make. The employee on the phone was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. When I offered to come and pick it up carry out, he very graciously still made my pizza even though they were just about closed. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who was working but I wish I did because he was awesome!! Thanks again!

Prior to our last experience, I would've given them a 4+ rating, however this has changed after gettting stiffed an item from our last order. One of our items was not delivered and the driver that said they would have the mgr refund the cost to our card. After 2 phone calls it still was not refunded. On the 3rd phonecall we were told we had to call Dominos Corporate. We tried 3 times to call them & were on hold at least 30 mins each time without ever getting a representative. We finally called the store again & were told that we could order something of similar price but that they would not cover the delivery fee. In my opinion, this is very very poor customer service. We have spent over 90 mins of our time trying to get reimbursed for a $ 7-8 salad that we were shorted. They should have at minimum offered free delivery on the credited item to rectify this. Word to the wise - check your order before the driver leaves

Order our 2 pizzas at 8:20pm pick was 9:06pm on the online order was we were told 20 minutes I tracked the app. picked up the worst pizza EVER, it was cold (really cold) not the toppings I order, I even picked them up not like they had to deliver. We will not be returning. I rate them actually 1/2 point. Good luck dominos especially at this location.

We have consistently experienced poor service with this location. We order online and our order is never ready on time. For instance today we placed an order at 3:45 for a 5:30 pick up. Arrived at this location right at 5:30 and sat in the drive thru for 10-15mins. We have waited longer other times. Our delivery orders are almost always super late (or even forgotten about which has happened). Very rarely do we receive "sorry for the delay". We truly are loyal Domino's fans, but at this rate we might as well order from the next nearest Domino's location and drive out of our way.

Worst most undercooked pizza I've ever had. I used to order from them all the time, but they're just terrible now. Raw. Gross. Understaffed. Terrible.
