Amazing service! The mechanics really move swiftly to get the job done in a timely and efficiently manner. Best service I’ve ever had. Store #6391, Mt. Moriah in Memphis, TN. Got to give it to them. Really great service and as of now, a few days into my new tires and alignment and everything's feeling pretty darn good. If anything changes I'll definitely be sure to update here. But I can say thus far we are very happy with our choice on Pep Boys. Thanks. Update - tires are holding up but my faith in their work and their customer service is gone. They sold me an alignment and warrantied it for a year but when I've taken my car back to get it aligned again, I don't believe they do it. My car is pulling hard to the left and after dropping the car off recently to get that alignment warranty honored, it's worse than it was before. Seems like a scam just to get you to pay for the warranty without any intentions of honoring it later.

I had a great experience at this Pep Boys location, despite having a less than ideal weekend. Following two blowouts, I was able to receive timely, friendly, and very valued service. Gerald was both courteous and informative, and I walked away with great confidence in this location and its employees. I'd gladly return in the future for any needed services.
