Went in for oil change and when I checked out they said I has an excessive oil leak...I said I did not have an oil leak when I came in and he blew me off. I checked for oil in my home and work garage parking and there was no oil in either spots...Of course now I have an excessive oil leak. Calling company but can't get an answer. NEVER use this place. It's a rop off. Service: Oil change

Mario was amazing! His communication was timely, honest, and personable. It was easy to trust his recommendations because he spoke from his professional experience. He was also very helpful it identifying a major problem with my vehicle that my previous dealership did not catch in their full inspection. Specifically, my brakes, pads, and rotors where no longer viable! I am extremely grateful to Firestone for catching and fixing this potential life threatening problem with my vehicle. Ok I went here because my boyfriend stays only 14 mins away. We took his 04 mustang to get a complete check they told us it will take them 4-5 hours we drop the car off at 9 am didn't get it back until 5 pm. Then we was charge $25 for the check. They gave us a sheet showing what we need done and how much. They told us they will order our parts for the car last week called back and they didn't order them. They told us we going to have to wait another week to order. Then I decided to call firestone on summer ave. When I told them what happen they pulled up the sheet and seen how much we paid. First off we was told the complete check is only $10 and not $25. Then when they seen how much we paid for tires they said we were overcharged his tires were $85.99 each we bought 3 tires because we were told one was good. Tell Me how we end of spending $500 for 3 tires????? The people at summer told us that firestone doesn't charge for wheel alignment if you buy tires. The guy told us that our wheel alignment can't be free because the car is older never heard that before. We was overcharged and I really wish we would could get our money back because that's sad that we were overcharged.

I had an overall good experience. The wait time was longer than I anticipated but the store associate, Mario, was great! He was very knowledgeable of what was going on with my vehicle and took the time to explain the issues and the costs. He made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I was quoted a price of $236 on the phone & was quoted the same price when I went up there to drop my car off. The next day a employee calls my wife & tells her that there was almost $1,200 in repairs. The job itself that was quoted $236 wound up being over $650… on top of that though we paid for a full alignment and they only did the front and wouldn’t give us a partial refund. I would not recommend this place. They only want your money.

Do not recommend this place at all , my car broke down close to the fire stone on whiten road I asked them if had the tires I needed and they only had one in stock the fire stone on Winchester I asked them to call the other fire stone in Winchester and they looked at me crazy and told me they could not do that . I had to physically go to Winchester location and buy the wheels there . They told me to go back to the fire stone in whiten and show them the recipe and have them instal it and they would only charge me an installation fee. When I got back to the fire stone location I got told they could not do that there and practically kicked us out .

I always use this location because they are honest, friendly, and super efficient, from the Manager, Andrew, Service Advisor, Mario, and the mechanic Jesse. I booked an appointment to take my truck to be repaired. They located a hard to find part to install. Jesse did the work, and due to the courtesy check, he recommended a couple of other issues which needed attention. That’s why they call it Firestone Auto Care. These guys want to make sure your vehicle is in great shape when you leave! Many thanks to the staff!

I've been going to Andrew (manager) for over 6 years and even when I wasn't driving. Great man, honesty and loyalty. Depending on what the place has going on you'll be there for small amount of time or hour(s) unless you got a ride along with depending on what you need done to your vehicle. Where he goes I follow cause he's just that great of a man and manager. He knows me and my parents well. Sometimes he talks on the phone and has a good laugh or talks business, never anything rude that I've heard of but I know he's not that type of man towards ppl, service and customers. The best part is when I don't ask he brings up coupons or deals coming soon.

Never go here. This is the fourth time I’ve taken them my car for the same issue. Everytime they say they fixed it and two days later it’s broken again. It’s like they are playing a guessing game on my car and picking the most expensive issues on purpose. I have spent over $1,000 here and still have the same problem I came with on the first day. Now even though they told me to bring my car today, they are saying the technician won’t be back until Monday to fix my car. I live an hour away so this is very inconvenient and frustrating. Also they only thing they could tell me is they think they know what’s wrong. I’m always the first one in the door in the morning and am never out before 2 in the afternoon. I am just so exhausted I’m having them tell me they fixed it for it to be broken still. I won’t be coming back here every again. And I’m sorry I wasted my time here in the first place.

I enjoy working with the guys and girls at this place. I got my tires from here. Anytime I need air they told me to come and they will check it and fill it for free and I think that's a really cool. They told me don't waste my money when it comes to putting air in the tires especially from those machines that take credit cards lol
