Absolutely the worst FedEx drop off site. Packages received 20 minutes before pickup time are marked not received. It’s awesome. I love paying a lot of money to ship packages overnight to have them sit for an extra day. This has happened 3 times in the last few weeks!

Ashley was very unprofessional about her behavior with me. She does not know how to talk to paying customers. I gave this store more than $700 business this week. I was asked to contact 1800 number and I will do that. Rest of the staff was supportive of me.

Helen greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me immediately, despite being busy with opening the store. Two sets of two passport photos, in and out the door in around 7 minutes.

85% of my first shipment as a business owner was mishandled or did not arrive. I tried again,hoping it was a fluke and today just magnified the fact I will not use fed ex again. Customer service did not lack,but the attendant did not make me a priority either time I walked in. The incomvience of not having it posted about NEEDING a box,and me having to go all the way home to re package. I'll go for UPS OR USPS from mow one

A man came over to help in packing plus. Think he may have been the manger. He helped an older lady with a package although it needed to be shipped through another company. He was so patient and kind. Also really nice to me. In other words, great customer service!!

This location is the worse! Stephanie doesn't listen and is very rude and Antonio was no help! The customer service here is poor. They will leave you standing in the middle of the floor and look away so that they wont have to help you. The latino guy was rude and useless as well. Throw the whole staff away!

I went to this location twice both during the work week. First visit was at lunch time and the second was days later around 6:30pm. Waiting for my projects to be completed I got to witness how well this staff multitasks, how organized the store was, and most importantly, how well all the team members work together. Both visits I had the pleasure of having Sierra R. assist me. She was dynamic, knowledgeable, and very personable. Her bubbly energy was infectious (I’m sure this time of year is busier than most) and that second visit even got a few laughs out of me after a long day of work. I believe in giving credit when credit is due, so while the parking lot can a high traffic nightmare, I highly recommend visiting this location for fast, efficient service.
