10 Best packaging supply store in Memphis, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Absolutely the worst FedEx drop off site. Packages received 20 minutes before pickup time are marked not received. It’s awesome. I love paying a lot of money to ship packages overnight to have them sit for an extra day. This has happened 3 times in the last few weeks! ~Donna

Checked store hours before I left home, only to arrive & they are closed. Please change store hours because I was not the only person showing up to find out you all were closed ~Treneka

Picking up here is quick and fast. Arrived a lil late for my appt and was put in a door promptly and loaded in about 30mins. ~Daudi

The rudest manager I’ve ever met! There was a long line of customers and only one employee taking care of everyone. I had just taken my sick dog to the vet and absolutely had to drop off a packageS I pulled right up to the fro t door, leaving my dog in the car, only to realize it was going to be much longer than I expected. I put my dog on a leash only to have the manager yell at me that I was not allowed to bring my dog in to the stirred although the girl at the front counter said I could do so. The manager said oh well you should not have brought the dog with me it’s been hot all week!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! No exception at all!!!! I will never be back to this location! I’m sure you don’t care about one person like me but it was so incredibly rude ~Melissa

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place is just terrible. I had an Amazon return and I'm still waiting for it to process. The staff was very rude and unprofessional when I was there, and when I called about it the next day to see if my refund went through the woman who picked up had a rude tone to her voice was acting like I was wasting her time by asking. Very bad experience. Just go to the one in Collierville. That one is way better. I only went to this one because I had to go somewhere near else in Hacks Cross. Never again ~E

Avoid the Union Ave. location. They were rude, lazy, and so unhelpful and I am being kind and choosing my words. They represented the attitude of why I moved from Memphis! The W. Illinois people were AMAZING! It was clean, organized and the person who helped me saved the day. This was after 2 other places cancelled my existing order. Such a cluster F*** at Union and Illinois location was again AWESOME and AMAZING! Just start there to avoid any headaches. ~Wendy

We reserved the place to drop our trailer and then also rentef out a storage unit( which as per the main center representative was booked after they took our credit card info. When we arrived they denied to take the trailer, and also gave us a uncleaned storage unit. After a month today we made another reservation for a small trailer and when we reached they didn't have it. And instead of saying sorry, the staff was very rude and not at all helpful. Here are a few pics and video of us cleaning someone else s stuff ourselves. ~Ramit

Do not rent from here, they do not honor your reservations! We set up a reservation 3 days prior to our moving day and confirmed it. 2 minutes before pick up, we’re almost there, they called and said they no longer had our truck available. We asked if there was anything else, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes and we eventually hung up because we decided to rent from Home Depot/Penske on Truse instead. ~Carissa

Just going to share the feedback I provided on their move out feedback form: I rented the unit In a rush because I was moving out of town. By the time I was done loading my truck up to bring some stuff over, the office hours were closed, so it was late. I got to my unit and it had the former renter's lock still on it AND one of the foreclosure locks on it as well. I called customer service who reached out to the local manager. The local manager didn't answer so she left him a message. She also sent him an email and told me I would get a follow up. I got 0 follow up. I had to leave town the following morning and would not have time to stop by, so I assumed they would get it handled. Then I got a bill for another month. I went ahead and paid it knowing I would be back In a few days ago I could handle it then. I got in this last Sunday and was able to go by on Monday after work. The previous renter's lock was STILL there, the foreclosure lock was STILL there. So you had a month and a half to fix my access issue and NEVER did. The lady at the desk was nice when I went in though and she got my refund taken care of... she's cool at least. ~Dave
