Staff had bad attitude and my furniture had mold all over it in the storage

Do not rent from here, they do not honor your reservations! We set up a reservation 3 days prior to our moving day and confirmed it. 2 minutes before pick up, we’re almost there, they called and said they no longer had our truck available. We asked if there was anything else, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes and we eventually hung up because we decided to rent from Home Depot/Penske on Truse instead.

Reps on site claim they did not know how to add smid to rental contracts causing overcharge for my rental. Gas was not at level indicated on contract.

Vehicle was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Outside of vehicle was covered in dirty and mud. Inside of vehicle was filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. Mileage and Fuel levels were not correct when I received the vehicle. Clearly employees have no care for maintenance or proper procedures.

They gave me a busted trailer and the didn't have a utility dolly I made my reservation 2.5 weeks in advance. Waited 40 min to get my truck. Clerk was unpleasant and seemed irritated.

Worst experience ever. The truck was not available that I reserved and the clerk at the counter seemed less than happy to help. Service moved extremely slow. Had to go across town to get a bigger truck that cost more money. I will not use U-Haul anymore.

I tried to verify my return by my mobile phone, but the website Malfunctioned, and wouldn't let me get through all the steps. So I ended up ripped off and couldn't explain it to the person that waited on me in my opinion in the final analysis..
