Avoid the Union Ave. location. They were rude, lazy, and so unhelpful and I am being kind and choosing my words. They represented the attitude of why I moved from Memphis! The W. Illinois people were AMAZING! It was clean, organized and the person who helped me saved the day. This was after 2 other places cancelled my existing order. Such a cluster F*** at Union and Illinois location was again AWESOME and AMAZING! Just start there to avoid any headaches. ~Wendy

Front desk lady was very nice. My kids and I stayed in the office with her for over an hour waiting on a ride and she was very accommodating and very friendly. Will definitely do business with them again. ~Subic

Great team inside and out. Scheduled an appointment for a PM for a Thursday but I called to see if I could drop it off that Wednesday before and they told me I could. I got there that day and they took care of me that day and I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Don't get any better than that. Thanks ladies and gents. 👏🏼👏🏼 ~Terence

Placed an order to pick up a truck here over the phone and spent about 45 minutes getting everything set up to go from Memphis to Michigan. Picked up without any issues. After I dropped the truck off in Michigan I noticed they over charged me by over $1000. I've contacted the store numerous times, asked for call backs from someone to handle the issue, visited the location in Michigan and the manager there also tried reaching out to them with no resolution. I'm a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income yet these people seem to have no quandaries stealing money from even the people who protect their freedom. ~Zack

We reserved the place to drop our trailer and then also rentef out a storage unit( which as per the main center representative was booked after they took our credit card info. When we arrived they denied to take the trailer, and also gave us a uncleaned storage unit. After a month today we made another reservation for a small trailer and when we reached they didn't have it. And instead of saying sorry, the staff was very rude and not at all helpful. Here are a few pics and video of us cleaning someone else s stuff ourselves. ~Ramit

Do not rent from here, they do not honor your reservations! We set up a reservation 3 days prior to our moving day and confirmed it. 2 minutes before pick up, we’re almost there, they called and said they no longer had our truck available. We asked if there was anything else, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes and we eventually hung up because we decided to rent from Home Depot/Penske on Truse instead. ~Carissa

Amazing experience. I’m on the road with a friend and we stopped in for a repair. The manager himself checked in with us every so often and made sure we were all set to hit the road again. The employees were very kind and well fit for their profession. ~Erica

The old guy behind the counter at the Home Depot didn't seem to understand how the computer reservation system works. They were incredibly disorganized, it took them 20 minutes to get me a truck they could actually find the keys for. Plus, I was charged the deposit *and* mileage up-front when I had the impression I only had to pay the deposit and the mileage would be taken out of that when I returned the truck. ~Paul

Just going to share the feedback I provided on their move out feedback form: I rented the unit In a rush because I was moving out of town. By the time I was done loading my truck up to bring some stuff over, the office hours were closed, so it was late. I got to my unit and it had the former renter's lock still on it AND one of the foreclosure locks on it as well. I called customer service who reached out to the local manager. The local manager didn't answer so she left him a message. She also sent him an email and told me I would get a follow up. I got 0 follow up. I had to leave town the following morning and would not have time to stop by, so I assumed they would get it handled. Then I got a bill for another month. I went ahead and paid it knowing I would be back In a few days ago I could handle it then. I got in this last Sunday and was able to go by on Monday after work. The previous renter's lock was STILL there, the foreclosure lock was STILL there. So you had a month and a half to fix my access issue and NEVER did. The lady at the desk was nice when I went in though and she got my refund taken care of... she's cool at least. ~Dave
