Amazing experience. I’m on the road with a friend and we stopped in for a repair. The manager himself checked in with us every so often and made sure we were all set to hit the road again. The employees were very kind and well fit for their profession.

If I could rate it with the 0 star I would definitely do it , scheduled PM service a week before, dropped the truck on time Friday , but those guys didn’t even touched the truck at all , saying “ WE DIDNT WORK ON IT , IF YOU WANT YOU CAN PICK IT UP “ what kind of service is that ? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL . Matter of fact, I’m lease customer , I’ll talk to Corporate and let them know you guys rejected to perform a PM service. Do not waste your time coming here at all

I was really impressed with the great service I received here. The technician looked my equipment over as soon as I arrived. Got it in the door. Replaced 6 trailer tires and a minor problem on truck. 1hour 18 minutes...I will never go back to a PETRO for any mechanical or tires. . Just call Penske.

Started out as a bad experience because of Home Depot service and the missing moving supplies I also ordered with the truck. After working with Mike he was able to assist me and get me back on the right track. Mike absolutely went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I still had to drive all over Memphis but Mike did go out of his way for a customer.

Joseph is awesome! He totally saved my weekend. He went out of his way to get us set up with a trailer to haul my car back to Louisiana. I didn’t get the service guy’s name but he was super helpful and nice too! Thanks guys!!!

Made a reservation requesting a rental Friday through Sunday. Penske associate looked up availability and I was informed that the 26' was not available but a 16' was available definitely on Saturday and if I wanted it Friday I could be on call Friday. I double checked and asked if I was on call Friday and nothing was available I was still guaranteed the rental on Saturday. The associate said yes that was correct so I made the reservation. I was given a call Friday telling me it would not be available and they had nothing until the 2nd or 3rd the following month. Then was told l could be on call Saturday if I wanted, I said I was guaranteed you would have the smaller 16' on Saturday now it's on call. Poor customer service and pee poor scheduling. If you want to rent from rent at your own risk and never for anything you need them to keep their word on as they have no concept of what that means.

They called to recommend instead of picking up my truck at the busy Home Depot, I come to the main office, just 2 miles down the road & offered a discount. I was in. No waiting when i got there. Hooked me up with a brand new 2019 with only 8000 miles on it. Thanks. Always done right by Penske Truck Rental.
