The rudest manager I’ve ever met! There was a long line of customers and only one employee taking care of everyone. I had just taken my sick dog to the vet and absolutely had to drop off a packageS I pulled right up to the fro t door, leaving my dog in the car, only to realize it was going to be much longer than I expected. I put my dog on a leash only to have the manager yell at me that I was not allowed to bring my dog in to the stirred although the girl at the front counter said I could do so. The manager said oh well you should not have brought the dog with me it’s been hot all week!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! No exception at all!!!! I will never be back to this location! I’m sure you don’t care about one person like me but it was so incredibly rude ~Melissa

Kim and her team are THE best hands down. Kim and team ensured the safe packing of a dozen fine artworks for shipment out of state. They've also completed onsite packing jobs for my art gallery. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place is just terrible. I had an Amazon return and I'm still waiting for it to process. The staff was very rude and unprofessional when I was there, and when I called about it the next day to see if my refund went through the woman who picked up had a rude tone to her voice was acting like I was wasting her time by asking. Very bad experience. Just go to the one in Collierville. That one is way better. I only went to this one because I had to go somewhere near else in Hacks Cross. Never again ~E
