I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place is just terrible. I had an Amazon return and I'm still waiting for it to process. The staff was very rude and unprofessional when I was there, and when I called about it the next day to see if my refund went through the woman who picked up had a rude tone to her voice was acting like I was wasting her time by asking. Very bad experience. Just go to the one in Collierville. That one is way better. I only went to this one because I had to go somewhere near else in Hacks Cross. Never again

I am reporting this UPS store to Corporate and The BBB. The low review scores that others are submitting are TRUE. The "manager" named Tia, is the most unprofessional UPS store employee ever. This location deserves a 0. The "manager" does not exemplify any customer service skills nor courtesy professionalism. It is clear that she dislikes her job. For anyone who plans to use this UPS store, " GO ELSEWHERE." I have shipped packages off from this location several times. Whenever the "manager" is there, the service is horrible. DON'T USE THIS UPS LOCATION ON HACKS CROSS and WINCHESTER.

Terrible service. Having an issue with an amazon return. It's not showing up in the system and Amazon is showing it was never scanned in by the store. Called the store and this woman was incredibly difficult. Wasn't listening to my problem, nor what I needed help with. Clearly unhappy to be there. She said she was the manager and when I asked for someone else who might be more helpful, she refused, saying there was no one else there. When I explained it didn't have to be right now, she still refused. I asked for the franchise owner's name, she refused. This is the UPS store closest to my house and I was warned not to use it but I had no choice in this case. Hope this helps someone else. Heed the other people's warnings, do not use this store.

This place is garbage, always avoided going to this location because the customer service is poor, but it was the closest drop off location. One of the employees wanted to argue about a situation with my package and even after I started speaking with another employee trying to get help and not be inconvenienced any further, this young boy was still running off at the mouth talking crazy even though he was not being spoken to. These young people in customer service are so disrespectful and unhelpful and when they should be quiet they are running off at the mouth trying to get the last word in. I have filed a formal complaint with the customer service group responsible for the UPS retail stores and will continue to file complaints until this is addressed.

If you're going to be closed Sunday June 19 then UPDATE THAT ON GOOGLE AND YOUR PHONE SERVICE. I drove here for nothing. Gas and other things are too inflated to make wasteless trips. Reply to owner: Duh! If I don't come there every day all week to see the sign then how will I know?! Sunday was NOT a holiday, Monday was! You all were closed on Sunday. It's very simple if you know Google is incorrect then UPDATE your phone service to advise that you all will be closed specifically on XX/XX/XXXX. I called the store and got the wrong information from your phone message!

Hours of operation are 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 3:55pm and 2as told they close at 3:45pm and that the driver had already left for the day. I sat in the parking lot to complete this review and saw all of the employees walk out at 4:03pm...I'm sure it takes longer than 3 minutesto close down the registers and anything else at the end of the day. Maybe they started closing down early, which is why they turned down my business.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting 15min in line while 2 lazy employees were too “busy” to help, mind you there were at least 6-7 people also in line behind me. The one rude person checking people out in line was arguing with me and telling me: Can’t you see I can’t help you?! Wow! Unbelievable, entitled employees need a lesson in manners!

I went to take some print outs. They wouldn't allow me to use my portable drive (understandable). I have a UPS online account and asked if I could place order through it and the lady (supposedly manager) told me, No. She wanted me to use her desktop computer, enter my user ID and password to retrieve the document, and place print command from there. Yes, the charge for desktop usage alone is $2 per 5 minutes. Took print outs from UPS and FedEx numerous times at various locations. Never found so stingy folks.

I really did not want to give this store a 1 star rating, however, it was the only way for me to write a review. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I went into the store this morning to pick up a package that my mom shipped to me. The young lady at the counter was very helpful as to finding my package that was NOT even entered into the system as she stated, even though it arrived the day before. Next, the young lady stated to me that there was a charge to pick up my package because an account wasn’t created on the UPS website. She then told me she would call her supervisor to check out this concern. Once she called her supervisor, the supervisor started talking/screaming really loud stating that I would have to pay to pick up my package. Honestly, paying the $5.00 wasn’t the issue, however, the rudeness of the supervisor was my problem. She was so loud that the young lady sat the phone down on the counter as the supervisor was talking so that she wouldn’t be yelling in her ear. I asked the young lady to put the phone on speaker so that I could talk to the supervisor, she continue to yell and I am the WRONG person to yell at. I won’t be doing business with this store again because the supervisor is RUDE and needs training in customer services. I feel sorry for the employees if this is how she is daily. Run far away from this UPS store and do business elsewhere. There is a FEdEx office down the street that is MUCH better and professional. Don’t spend your money where you are NOT appreciated. This store needs to be closed down immediately!!!!!!!!

For all your shipping and packaging needs come here. They will handle it all for you. Convenient locations and store hours. So during the holidays. Take all the stress off your shoulders and let them do it for you. You can pre package your items or they will do it for you and have your items on a truck that day. They have many services at their locations. This day I encountered no problems and a friendly staff lady at the front counter. So I was well taken care in on this trip. Beats standing in the gigantic lines in the overpriced post office. Who got time for all that. Just come here!!!
