I always use this location because they are honest, friendly, and super efficient, from the Manager, Andrew, Service Advisor, Mario, and the mechanic Jesse. I booked an appointment to take my truck to be repaired. They located a hard to find part to install. Jesse did the work, and due to the courtesy check, he recommended a couple of other issues which needed attention. That’s why they call it Firestone Auto Care. BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO FIX BIG ISSUES!! Midas was my go to place for the affordable prices and accurate services. I previously had brakes and rotors replaced. Everything was fine. I trusted them to do a bigger job (Air Compressor), paid over 2500.00 for it to be months later and it still doesn’t work. I would only trust their mechanics for something as simple as an oil change. After months of back and forth nothing has been resolved and management basically told me to get it fixed somewhere else and they would then SEE if they will reimburse me. They lost a great customer!
