Best auto repair shop in Dresden, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Tried charging double the price of agreement. They took the car to a different mechanic because they couldn't fix it and never asked or mentioned it until the bill. Guess what, car still is not fixed, I suggest you go to a real mechanic such as your local dealership. Apparently from the reviews I've read since, this has been an ongoing issue with this place. I would never use this place again nor recommend it to anyone. I know better shade tree mechanics. Worst mechanic shop I've ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with. ~Brandon

I had never had a facial and Diana made me feel so comfortable she was amazing. I will definitely be back. She was so nice and understanding and took the time to explain stuff to me when I asked and then when I didn't she let me relax. ~Jaclyn
