I shop this location exclusively and regularly for auto parts and accessories, and sometimes for miscellaneous mechanical parts for my lawn mowers and dirt bikes. I recommend shopping here. It's convenient to my home, always has helpful staff, and is most always stocked with what I need. What isn't stocked is ordered and usually arrives within one day. I choose to continue to shop here because of this location's consistently helpful staff, cleanliness, stocked inventory, convenience to my home, and warranties. Ordered a visor through Amazon from this company in a specific color for my Honda Civic. The color that looked more like my interior was unavailable for my car, per them, so I chose the closest one (different shades of tan essentially) that they said was available for that car. The picture on my order looked close to accurate, but what I received is a dark grey visor. NOWHERE CLOSE to the pictures or the described color. Apparently when the company screws up, the customer still has to pay to ship their parts back to them. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. Rest assured, this won't be my only review of your company. Learn from my mistake! Don't order parts here. ~Lynzee

My wife had a prescription sent over on Tuesday. They told her it would be ready today, Friday after noon. She went to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. She was told to give them 20 minutes and it would be ready. 30 minutes later they tell her they don't have it. This isn't the first issue we've had at this location. We are done with CVS as they clearly don't care that this location has major issues with customer service as seen by the 2 star rating and terrible reviews. ~matt

My mom visited the store and always does. Someone there is usually helpful as she’s not too great with technology. Yesterday she went and some guy was in there. She said he kept telling her that he couldn’t help her even though she gets that minor help all of the time. He kept walking away from her and avoiding her in the store. Then she said he was trying to charge her if she emailed a picture to them so they could print it off. We’ve done this multiple times and have never been charged. The worker had a terrible attitude and if you don’t like people you shouldn’t be in customer service jobs. My mother will no longer frequent this store. ~David
