I visited to replace my phone and activate my new one. Jessica, Jencyn and Gage are very helpful, knowledgeable and social friendly. I didn't feel as if I were speaking to someone trying to upsale me but instead giving me usable information in my day to day aspects. I really appreciate my experience today. Excellent Service! Came in for a phone upgrade and received excellent customer service, laughs, and a homey atmosphere. Jay exceeded my expectations with his assistance and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Went in to the store hoping to find The old staff from 2 years ago but did not, but found The new store manager Jessica and her employees Jojo and Alberto there. Very helpful and patient with me learning to work my new phone. Would definitely recommend this store over the others.
