This is my fourth visit in the store and I can’t believe I’ve been using Lowes and Home Depot so far! The staff here are AWESOME. So prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable!!!! I have spent soooooooooooooo many days and phone calls to Lowes in Fairfax trying to get a hold of someone at the store. I will never go back to Lowes. What a place for plumbing parts, large and small!!! A very nice man at the counter helped us buy a radiator bleeder valve (is that what it's called?) and he and my husband had a grand time talking about which one is better, make sure you have the right size, and all sorts of aspects of those things. We bought the last one on the shelf and he ordered more that will come in tomorrow for us and a few extra to have on hand. Parking was plentiful when we came, right at closing so everyone had gone home. ~Carol

I have a 20 year old car that gives me an array of issues, and I have had plenty since I moved up to Virginia two years ago. My first interaction with Bill and his team was when one of my headlights decided to go out and I was changing them myself and having trouble with loosening and removing the rusted screws that probably hadn't been touched for years. I stopped by their shop and asked for a bit of help and since then I have been coming to them. That first encounter with them was so kind and humble, and I never forgot it. Bill takes his time in explaining what's going on with my car, and is always prompt with giving me updates. Not to mention his prices are fair for the area and the work is always trustworthy. I've tried a few other mechanics since I've moved around the northern Virginia area when their shop wasn't always in reach. I've found that the other places I went were far more expensive, and not as transparent about the issues they found which made me uneasy. I usually would call Bill to go over what they told me. I have always felt comfortable in the diagnosis Bill has given me with what his team has found, and I really appreciate when he teaches me about my car, because even though it's old I love it. There is no other mechanic I have felt more easy going around and confident in. ~Tiffany

Waiting for 45 minutes to be seen to add a beneficiary bc the noone wanted to help me. There of the 3 people in offices of which only one had a customer. The one worker with a customer wasn't even talking business, they were talking about exercising! Awful customer service. ~Pat

When I tell you that I had the absolute best customer service experience at this collision body shop!! The staff was amazing in making sure that my car was repaired to "my" satisfaction. When I dropped my vehicle off early December to have it inspected, they indicated that I should not be driving it in the condition it was in. I was not prepared to leave it. BUT, before I could think about getting back home, they called the loaner department and had a courtesy pick up scheduled within 15 minutes all while I was getting the details on what would be taking place to satisfactorily repair my vehicle. David was my representative and he did an amazing job contacting me with updates as things were transpiring. He forewarn me on the delay in parts and assured me that he would keep me updated as the parts arrived and work was being done. He did just that! Al the owner, is a man of his word. I admire and appreciate his exceptional customer service skills as well as his integrity. Al thrives to ensure he provides the best customer service experience possible. He make sure the customer is provided high quality service and satisfied with the job that his technicians are performing. I am very please with the repairs on my foreign vehicle that was serviced at this location. I will for sure use them for future repair services and recommend you do the same if you are looking for quality over quantity. First off, the machine wouldn’t read my card. Very finicky. Then I tried to squeegee my windshield and the first blade was horrible. Tried a second one. Horrible. Tried a third one. Horrible. Can the owners please put $40 into buying all new squeegees or is that too much to ask?! ~chaching821

Had a flat tire and had brad help me out with finding and patching the leak and went out of his way to check for I problem had and also did my state inspection while he was at it. Definitely recommend to get your service done here and will be coming back. ~Jonathan

Received outstanding service. Was scheduled for a drop off and complete by 5PM. However, crew replaced my windshield BEFORE 11:00AM. Jennifer and Ricardo provided excellent customer service. So sorry to read the other 1 star reviews. My experience was 5 stars! Thanks. ~James
