I was looking for purchase two used cars on the lot. I was looking for cars with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used certified cars and my customer service rep Mr.Zemraan handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. ~Ruhi

With this shop being right down the street from where I work it's both quick and efficient. I brought in a vehicle I had just bought from Maryland for Virginia inspections and emissions and they took care of me quickly. On top of that they also replaced my air filter for me. This place is awesome. The only issues I had were ones of my own. I am happy that they were able to help us on a rental. It was a heart gesture from them and one that is greatly appreciated. Hopefully, the repair on our car will not take long, but even if it does, they did right by use to give us an estimated time to fix the car, ordered us a ride to pick us up to get a rental, then provided us with a car to help us maintain what we're used to - transportation-wise. We returned several items and it was a pleasant experience. We did not have the tags however the store coordinator was very helpful and pleasant. We always find business dress items in this store. Staff always courteous to us. Cashiers Miss Jessica and another young lady were very helpful and always friendly. The way it should be. We highly recommend this store. ~Ann

My family and I went shopping with Ross two days ago. I bought clothes and two boxes of batteries for my children. But when I got home, I noticed that the batteries did not come out of the bags. I went to the store today. I asked to look at the camera recordings. They looked and said no problem, the batteries were put in the bag. Then my wife asked us to be shown the video recording. The employee stated that the recordings would be shown this time, but that they would not be able to make such a display in the future. They made us wait another half an hour and then they made us watch the recording. Look, it was put in the bag, said the store employee. But the batteries are first scanned and put on the table, then put in the other small bag on the hanger and the other clothes and socks are put in two different large bags. I pointed out that it was not put in the same bag but in a different third bag. When they looked again, it was seen that the product was put in another bag and not given to us. The employee did not express his regret for any apology or mistake made. Closer to it made us wait 45 minutes. He said and did the return. I wanted to buy a new battery and pay for it, but he said I had to queue up again and pay. I said you made me wait here for about an hour and I left the products. My advice to you is to check your belongings after every purchase. ~M

After setting up an appointment online, I am walking in, when I am called and told that the stylist no longer works there. So Mina, took over the appointment. If you have an appointment here, and it is with Mina, just don't. It's the highest recommendation I can give. She handed me a brush and told me to brush my own hair while she goes and mixes color. Following, she verbally abused my hair! She claimed the lack of care, and health quality of my hair, and said that she will only touch my hair at my own responsibility. Yet, the last two times it was done, was from here. So if there is damage, it is there own fault. She also wanted to chop my hair in half... Two managers were called to the scene, where Mina became argumentative, and had to be told to stop. The worst experience ever - over getting my hair dyed. 0 stars if possible!
