I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Brown's Fairfax Mazda recently, and although the process was very slow, I was very satisfied with the vehicle. The issue came when I later received a phone call claiming that they never received the down payment for the vehicle. This was strange as I handed them a check the day of purchase. After stating that someone had probably lost the check and a half baked apology, I was asked to submit another form of payment online. In the meantime I checked with my finances and found that the check had already been deposited and endorsed by Brown's Fairfax Mazda. I got 5 calls the next day badgering me about getting the payment and when I stated that the payment had already went in I was asked for proof and informed that someone would follow up. The next day I got a call from my salesman asking for payment again and when I informed him of the situation he too asked for proof which I the again stated was already turned into another person at the dealership. Without an apology at all I was told nothing further needed to be done. The amount of miscommunication and lack of prerogative from anyone at the dealership to simply check with anyone else was infuriating. Repeating the same thing over and over again with something that should have been solved within the dealership was a ridiculous process. Furthermore the lackadaisical nature of which a situation where thousands of dollars were seemingly misplaced was incredibly inappropriate and irresponsible. Lastly, the lack of any form of an appropriate apology from a manager or anyone in the dealership was frankly terrible terrible behavior. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from here as it's clear to me that they handle their business worse than your average 18 year old trying to sell a car privately for the first time.

I just purchased my first ever car from them and let me tell you... the whole process was so smooth and my experience was excellent. I was so amazed and impressed by how professional and accommodating they were to me, even stayed 2 hours after the closing time just to have me drive my car home. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! Thank you all again!💕

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Debbie Hefty was super! There were some minor IOU issues with the vehicle but she made it a priority to get the issues settled so I could enjoy my new me car. I will also say that the finance person Yabby (I hope I spelling that right) was a pleasure to work with...no strange hidden fees and hush hush consultations with the "manager"....overall, would purchase again from Debbie and Brown's Fairfax Mazda and definitely will use for service!

I received excellent service from Debbie Hefty at Brown's Fairfax Mazda starting April 1st. She contacted me about an inquiry I had about a 2013 Honda CRV that I was interested in purchasing. We set up an appointment for a test drive for Tuesday, April 5. It was a little over two hours away for me. When I was running late she said no problem. I was able to drive the car and explain my situation to her. I loved it and wanted to take it home that day. She arranged everything for me and I signed the papers. Plus she evaluated my trade in and offered me a fair price for it. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself. I didn't feel pressured or hassled in any way. This let me know that she wasn't trying to push something off on me just to make a profit. It was a great experience.

Terribly, unreasonably long wait-times to get your car serviced. Be fully prepared to wait an entire day for a simple tire change. Staff are overworked, anxious, and exhausted — you can energetically tell that they’re being undervalued. Quality of service has plummeted over the years. Very disappointed at the inefficiency. I recommend you go elsewhere.

This place is awesome. The only issues I had were ones of my own. I am happy that they were able to help us on a rental. It was a heart gesture from them and one that is greatly appreciated. Hopefully, the repair on our car will not take long, but even if it does, they did right by use to give us an estimated time to fix the car, ordered us a ride to pick us up to get a rental, then provided us with a car to help us maintain what we're used to - transportation-wise. Good looking out, Brown's!

She was genuine and honest and established trust with us early which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. Despite construction, the office was clean and comfortable. I bought my second Mazda3 from this dealership the other night, and when I return whether for service or to purchase, it's always been an exceptional experience.
