Best auto body shop in Fairfax, Virginia (VA) 2024

When I tell you that I had the absolute best customer service experience at this collision body shop!! The staff was amazing in making sure that my car was repaired to "my" satisfaction. When I dropped my vehicle off early December to have it inspected, they indicated that I should not be driving it in the condition it was in. I was not prepared to leave it. BUT, before I could think about getting back home, they called the loaner department and had a courtesy pick up scheduled within 15 minutes all while I was getting the details on what would be taking place to satisfactorily repair my vehicle. David was my representative and he did an amazing job contacting me with updates as things were transpiring. He forewarn me on the delay in parts and assured me that he would keep me updated as the parts arrived and work was being done. He did just that! Al the owner, is a man of his word. I admire and appreciate his exceptional customer service skills as well as his integrity. Al thrives to ensure he provides the best customer service experience possible. He make sure the customer is provided high quality service and satisfied with the job that his technicians are performing. I am very please with the repairs on my foreign vehicle that was serviced at this location. I will for sure use them for future repair services and recommend you do the same if you are looking for quality over quantity. Received outstanding service. Was scheduled for a drop off and complete by 5PM. However, crew replaced my windshield BEFORE 11:00AM. Jennifer and Ricardo provided excellent customer service. So sorry to read the other 1 star reviews. My experience was 5 stars! Thanks. ~James

This place is awesome. The only issues I had were ones of my own. I am happy that they were able to help us on a rental. It was a heart gesture from them and one that is greatly appreciated. Hopefully, the repair on our car will not take long, but even if it does, they did right by use to give us an estimated time to fix the car, ordered us a ride to pick us up to get a rental, then provided us with a car to help us maintain what we're used to - transportation-wise. My car initially failed safety inspection (at a different garage) for breaks and tires. I took my car to A and Z Auto where mechanic T was able to help me out immediately by replacing the breaks, same day and ordered (4) new tires. When I dropped my car off later to install the new tires there was an issue with the size. So mechanic T installed higher end tires that were in stock for the same price as the cheaper price ones I initially paid for so that I was not inconvenienced. I can tell my car runs better after taking it here. Great customer service, great price, great communication, and great work. I recommend A and Z Auto Care ~Travis
