I went there on the 16th of August, and the person taking my order and the person who I gave money to were both very polite and professional, given that I went right as they were open. I know how that feels when customers do that, and I'm sorry l.

gave me the complete wrong order. my mom paid 40$ and they charged us an extra 3$ on 3 tacos for chicken. i never said chicken. my cheese quesadilla was just a tortilla. my moms sour cream wasnt on the side of her nachos and to top it all off everytime we said something at the intercome the lady rudely said "anything else, anything else, anything else" we came 3 hours before closing..

Extremely slow at night. Line backing up into next parking lot. They need a better system for online orders to be picked up and a to make the line move faster..... so much for being a "fast" food restaurant 🙄

This staff needs some serious training , can't even handle one order at a time, and when it's FINALLY done, it's wrong 80% of the time . These lazy workers would never make it on a real line. And deserve no more than min wage.Update, came again today, the sheer utter lack of care is completely astounding at this location.

My order was completely wrong. Ordered a party pack all soft, got all hard tacos. If my order wasn't wrong every single time I go here it would be a different story. But the service is always pathetic. The employees act like you're a bother. Fake a smile would ya. Geez!

Don't even waste your time! I had a sick kid and my dog in the truck and we ordered our food before we left the vets office. I ordered it for pick up in store so we didn't have to wait in the long drive through. We arrived and the lobby was locked with a clear sign on the door that the lobby was open for carryout only. I called the lobby and after it rang for about 5 minutes someone finally picked up and informed us the lobby was closed. They wouldn't even bring my order out even though I ordered it through the lobby and the sign clearly says its open for carryout. So I ordered and paid ahead for no reason as we now had to wait in the long line anyway. And they don't even make the food until you get to the window. Which took us about 30 minutes. So there's absolutely no point.
