Recently updated this gym and did not listen at all to their customers. In fact, the manager here never listens to customers. He readily hands out cancellations any time a customer gives a critique or states their displeasure, and states he doesn't want them here. There is zero customer service, and this is the only way to get a real review up because other means to provide feedback through the actual corporation are deleted or covered up. A gym is set up for how your customers want to use it, not how an individual manager wants to use it. It's a shame because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous but the manager is anything but these things. If you don't listen to your customers, you can't operate a successful gym for very long. The equipment is too close for larger customers who the manager again shows no empathy for, and they have just as much right to use a gym as anyone else without feeling objectified or conscious of how they are viewed by others. Others have stated that they don't like how the cardio is now mixed with the weightlifters whereas before they were separated. Again, instead of listening to feedback and considering alternatives or ways to improve, I heard the manager simply offer a free cancellation of their membership. I'm appalled to be a member at this gym now and am currently also seeking out other options after using this gym for the last 4 years. ~The
