Went get haircuts for both my children. My son's undercut was uneven and too long in the back on top. My daughter's hair wasn't cut at all like the picture she showed the lady. It was unevenly cut and too long for the picture she showed the lady. Not to mention paid for two cut and shampoos but only my son got the shampoo. My daughter didn't.

Brought my mom in to get her hair styled. The stylist that did her hair was very patient and professional. My mom decided to get a color done in her hair, the stylist matched her color perfectly. The style that my mom asked for afterwards is exactly what she got!! We couldn’t be more happy!! When I asked to speak to the manager to tell her how wonderful the stylist was, turns out the stylist was the manager. Thank you Samantha!! We will definitely come back and see you!! Brought my mom in to get her hair styled. The stylist that did her hair was very patient and professional. My mom decided to get a color done in her hair, the stylist matched her color perfectly. I'm always kind of apprehensive about going to a new stylist. I've had 2 very bad hair cuts, from places before, where I came home and cried afterwards. My regular stylist still hasn't reopened since the Covid. So when my son's friend recommended this place i was apprehensive, but willing to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. My stylist was Kenya, she was very sweet, and soft spoken and did a fantastic job on my hair. The color came out exactly how I wanted it and she took her time, to make sure the cut was how I wanted it, also. I would highly recommend her for your hair needs. Thank you Kenya !! You have made this 50 something year old women feel 10 years younger...LOL Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Mrs.Tawanda did my hair and it came out Great,😂 I absolutely love her positive Vibe and she knows alot about hair care so if you ever go do be scared to ask her. I'm getting lots of compliments on my hair😊 I'm going back to her in a few weeks ! xoxo

Whats the point of having an online appointment scheduling system? I made an appointment over an hour ago, drove 30 minutes to get to this location. When I arrived there was 2 people waiting and still 20 minute before my scheduled appointment, i was turned away. I was told they were busy all day and they was tired and wouldnt be able to close on time. That is very unprofessional! I would have spent over 100 there but yall have forever lost my business.

I came in very depressed. I just lost a patient. I spent so much time with her that I had neglected myself. Ms Rose was my stylist. Can you describe a hair cut as life altering? Because I came in a mess and left feeling beautiful. My cut. My new layers. My color. My highlights. My new accessories she suggested. I’m am now a loyal customer. I love my hair and I feel so much better. She did an amazing wonderful job.

Went in for a highlight and color. The manager was going to do my hair and was not professional at all. She was on her phone through her ear piece, making snarky comments at other stylists, rolling her eyes, just all around bad attitude. She handed me a book to look at and walked off. I left before she could put me in the computer. As long as she is there I will not be back. I do not see how anyone can work for or with her.

If I could leave no stars I would. The most unprofessional “stylist” I have ever seen and I use the word stylist very loosely. I went in for a 2 inch trim of my ends and was serviced by Lenora who proceeded to not only take 6 inches off but it looks as if a 3 year old got to my head, will need another 2 inches off just to fix it. I spoke with the store manager Tawanda who not only brushed me off as “everyone has a bad day” but also refused to return my phone call. I’m highly upset and will take this as far as I can above their heads. Still haven’t even been issued a refund.

I had long beautiful hair until Robin chopped it up. She gave me uneven layers, crooked bangs, and cut my left and right side completely different. I went to get a haircut as I wanted a pick me up before my son's baptism, and left feeling so ugly. While I received a refund from, SmartStyle continues to employ her even though I know she has messed up more then my hair. So buyer beware if you want to keep your hair. Updated to Add: A year later and I still have been unable to grow back my beautiful hair to the length that it was.
