I booked an appointment online last minute, I misunderstood the wording for my appointment and the slot I booked, Lorena was extremely nice and helpful! She understood that I had mistaken what I booked for something else, she helped me workout something and the end result was exactly what I needed! I appreciate her kindness and understanding with me! The service here is fantastic! I always ask for the same stylist as she is fabulous! The head massage with the shampoo and condition is the best. Beautiful location.

Lorena did a fantastic job cutting my hair! It was my first time at Paris Parker since I recently moved from another state and I haven't had a hair cut in a few months (as I was growing out my hair)! She was super helpful and even provided me with recommendations! I will for sure be returning to Paris Parker Salon & Spay in the future! Service: Haircut

Terrible. I made an appointment for highlights and cut. Took picture of cut I wanted. Hair colorist failed to get highlights part and gave me overall blond color. Hair stylist completely ignored the pic I brought, rudely told me my layers were fine (even though I told her I wanted shorter) and disregarded every thing I asked for - a three hour ordeal to get an awful color and cut . Used the “contact us” twice to complain and got no response. This place doesn’t care what the client wants and makes you feel like you are wrong. I’ll be trying a different place… Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

I had my hair cut by Doha multiple times and she always did a very good job. She’s also very kind and friendly. Another time, I came back for a color and it was not what I expected. I was able to come back for them to try to fix it but it made it worse and the color was nowhere near what I wanted, and my hair was damaged. They refunded me so it’s fine. I came back yesterday and Megan did my haircut. I asked her to cut them very short. It looked fine while wet but once I got home And it dried, I could see the cut was not well done since you could see where the hair was cut with the scissors. The style Also doesn’t look good on my face. I will go to another salon to get it fixed. But the worse part for me was that, even though I was trying to be friendly, Megan was very cold and absolutely not friendly. She did not greet me, and throughout the whole cut, She was very short with me. I paid a lot for this cut and I am not satisfied with either the cut or the customer service provided. For the price you pay, I would expect impeccable customer service and behavior from staff. Instead, I got someone who didn’t seem like she wanted to cut my hair. Taylor did a facial and a massage for my mom and I and she did such an amazing job. I get like she really listened when I told her my concerns and what I wanted and made it an amazing experience! We will certainly return to see her again.

I use Tara exclusively. She has been cutting my hair for many many years. She does a great job. I had a Bob for years but this last year changed to a pixie. I love how easy it is. Bring her a picture and Tara will make it happen. She changes her hours biweekly. I never have to wait for her. She is friendly but doesn’t talk your ear off, which I like.

Went for extensions, was really excited after my consultation. Paris Parker has a good rep, and I expected high quality service. I knew it was going to be pricey, but it would be worth it. Not even a few weeks later, I was having the worst headaches, and my extensions were coming out when I brushed my hair. Went back in, someone else put the ones that fell out back in. Next day, more came out. Salon management was professional, and didn’t charge me when I wanted all of the extensions out soon after. Went to a different salon, same extensions put in, and haven’t had a problem since.

I am very pleased with my stylist Lorraine, she is always pleasing and friendly. I also like that my stylist won't try to push unneeded work on me, they are looking what is best for you. Many times I suggested highlights (more $$ for her) and she said no let's wait, that means alot she's looking out what's best for me.
