Today, I went to get a wire transfer at 1130 am. A man came out and said that no one could help me until 2 pm. It looked like nobody was working. Very disappointed! I’ve been a customer for 20+ years.

The teller Anita was very rude and condescending. After she obviously made a mistake and telling me I was trying to deposit a “payment slip “ instead of a check, she really didn’t try at all. After I insisted on calling a supervisor, the supervisor was able to do the transaction without any issues and noticed “Anita” made a mistake. Instead of apologizing Anita started to tell me on a condescending voice “ Have a good day, sir” “ Happy new year “ “enjoy a beautiful morning “ never apologize or admit that she was wrong. Please have her do some type of Customer Service training. Don’t ask for Anita, she obviously doesn’t know how to do her job. Leo

Worst bank ever. Don’t open claims they don’t care and steal your money. After giving you a “credit”. Worst bank ever. Change banks ASAP. I wouldn’t bank as Wells Fargo. They erase and act like charges never happened. So much for “online banking” haha

So why am I at the location at 10:56am on a Saturday and the bank is closed when YOUR hours says it's open??????? Very frustrating to come for a service just to then drive away!!!!!!!! Not cool

Terrible service ever time I go there. They try and find the silliest things to not cash a check. Just had a check with my name on it. And they would not cash it. I have had no other issues at other branches. This one branch and this one teller are completely worthless. They love taking late fees but won’t cash a check. Places is a complete joke. I would give zero stars if I could. This branch and this female teller are the REASON i am switching banks for personal and company accounts. They do this to my wife also. Most of the time I drive 20 minutes to the next branch so I don’t have to deal with these people at this branch.

If you're looking for a bank to hold your $, WF is better than Bank of America. Why the 1-star? WF has never been Wachovia, but I've stayed on (so loyalty gets you nothing @WF). (So I guess this review is from being a customer from 2008-present). WF recently cancelled my ATM card over a $0.00 charge, then WF didn't overnight/second day the replacement ATM card like most banks (glad $ wasn't an emergency!). But, After 5 days, I'm out of cash. So I head over to WF for more cash- 'Cause you can only use cash @Brandy's (World Famous Hot Dogs)!(jk). WF charges $3 on every withdrawal while you wait for your card to come (fortunately my other bank will pay me back the $3 WF took from it's own customer). WF has taken $1,000s of dollars from me in ATM fees (why do I still bank here???) Look at Charles Schwab, you'll be able to travel the world without ATM fees. WF never understood the idea of being your friendly neighborhood bank. Wachovia did. Note: hopefully I will get a canned response about how to email @wellsfargo, so WF can keep not getting it. And just keep cooking the books.

Customer service is always great. Bt y’all definitely need more people for the drive through. It takes 10 mins for a simple deposit because y’all only have 1 or 2 people working.

Woman at the front was a total waste of time. I asked for 2 rolls of quarters Fives, then she asked for my Wells Fargo debit card which was no issue at all. I waiting a while only for her to tell me she couldn’t give me changed because they were shortage of it and could only give out coins to Business accounts. I explained to her that I really needed change for my job and that they sent me to the bank. She still didn’t bother to give up the coins that I needed. It’s Friday, we really needed those coins and she didn’t bother to understand that. Total waste of my time. I’m so disappointed. Why bother to ask for my debit card if you’re not going to end up giving me change? Waste of time and energy.

My cousin and I needed to open a savings account for our business (in addition to the checking account), and the banker stated that we could not, based on the person listed as the authorizer on the Articles of Organization. We attempted to explain the law, as the authorizer does not indicate ownership, but were shut down continuously, as he had been there for 11 years so there was no arguing with him. He even stated that the original banker who opened the checking account had made a mistake. I have since confirmed with the SOS that we should have been able to open an account with no problem. I reached out to the banker to resolve this issue, and never received a response back. I am writing only to warn others to make sure they know the law and if you feel that the banker is wrong, please ask for verification from someone else. I wish I did.
