3rd time I've TRIED to get breakfast at this location, I waited at the intercom for about 10 minutes. No one tried to acknowledge me waiting or tell me they weren't open yet. As I pulled off after 9am, a worker was just at the window counting money for their register. So evidently they don't actually open at 9am and don't really care about their sales or reputation. Definitely the worst taco bell that I've been to

I have been a few times to the Taco Bell in Prairieville recently because of the Mexican Pizza being brought back. I went in on the first day, Sept 13th, because I was having trouble ordering thru the app. The manager on duty and other employees were very patient and helpful. The other couple times I went, whether drive thru or carry out, my order comes out quick and hot and the employees are very nice! I'll be back again and again!

It says they open at 9am but I've tried to come here once a week for a month and they never answer me . This keeps happening to me and all my friends . I just don't understand why people are getting paid if they aren't even doing their job correctly. There were 3 cars there this morning but noone even came on the intercom to tell me they didn't have food ready . This is very upsetting since this is the only location near me . But I will be contacting someone higher up because it isn't okay that they answer people when they want .

This is the third time I've tried to go in the morning after 9am to get breakfast. They never answer in the morning but they open at 9am? This is a huge problem because this is not acceptable, they should atleast answer the speaker box to let the customer know they are still getting everything ready . Instead there were 4 cars in the parking lot and one person walking around and Noone could answer me before I had to hurry to work. There was a worker right at the second window ignoring the intercom when I was asking if anyone was there . I will definitely not be comming back and making sure all my friends know about this place . They should atleast be doing there job if they are getting paid .

This location is hit or miss with the orders being correct. I'd say 90% of the time they get it right. Usually everything is right, but I will be missing 1 item. Customer service is ok. No one is ever rude or mean. The kiosk ordering has made the error rate go down. It use to be worse. It's like most fast food places. I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. If I didn't check my order before I left, and I'm missing something, I don't cry about it. Probably best I didn't eat it in the first place. It sucks when it's something on the more expensive side though. I will say they come through clutch on late night food runs.

Employees doesn't know how to read the orders. Made an order through their app with 2 chicken soft tacos with potatoes (paid extra for the chicken and the potatoes), 1 crunchy chicken taco supreme (paid extra for the chicken), chicken chalupas.... They put beef in all of the tacos and chalupas instead of chicken and didn't added the potatoes. A lot of money wasted because they charge for every item you swap to chicken plus the potatoes. Very dissapointed to arrive home and all the food was wrong. Called many times to the store and never answered. I want a refund as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 burritos and a hard taco. It doesn't even come with sour cream which I hate. They purposely put sour cream on a item that doesn't even come with it! This happens way too often and I love taco bell. I wish I can give 0 stars. Oh and for those who say go to the gonzales location they are 10 times worse. I can't deal with simple orders being messed up this bad. I don't usually complain but taco bell has fallen nation wide over the past few years. Every location constantly has my order un eatable. Please check food before leaving. They get it wrong 1000% of the time. TB needs to restart from scratch bad.

Ordered and paid ahead. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with no cars moving. I went inside to check in since I ordered over an hour ago and was actively avoided. Had to leave when my toddler got too hungry to wait any longer.

Been eating taco bell for about 30 years. This location, is consistently abysmal. This location had me waiting in the drive through for over an hour, before I finally got tired of seeing how long it would take to get through the drive through. Didn't even get to the speaker to order. That's never happened to me before. Orders that I have managed to get have been wrong, repeatedly. I live within half a mile of this place and I will never eat there again.

This location needs to go ahead and close down. They just can't seem to get it together. Always a new manager and always messing up orders. They have a line of 10 cars deep and none of us have moved in 5 minutes.
