This store seems to need a make over. Not a usual race track experience. Pumps are disgusting.

5 employees in the store, 4 doing random chores BUT 1, ONE register open at 6:15 am with a line to the door. Customer service here is usually good. With a store this size and as much business as they have it should be nothing less that 2 cashiers, especially if you have the adequate amount of staff.

Next door new open store gas pri $3.69 and race track stuck on $4.05 look like management sleeping. They not care for customer.we know they have cheap gas but not selling cheaper so all business going to next store.

Supposed to be 24 hours, but employees constantly lock the door at random hours. Every single time you go it's a complete gamble; did they lock the door at 10:30? 11:45? Who knows. It's not even like they're locking to do anything, just sitting around. Makes me wonder if the owner knows this is happening or not. Once again, I just came here as it's the only place around that's supposed to be 24 hours. Doors locked, people inside shouted through the glass that they're closed. At least four people inside, and they just opened the door to let two more in. What are they here for? Why are they being paid to hang out in a locked store? Literally four more cars have pulled up and been turned away as I typed this, each on visible frustrated because it happens ALL THE TIME.

Definitely not open 24/7. Stopped at 5:15 AM on a Monday morning. Doors were all locked and no employees in sights. This makes me miss Sheetz.

What a piece of trash store Racetrak is. Avoid all Racetrak locations. They claim to be open 24 hours but the employees lock the doors constantly. The most lazy and ignorant employees at these stores always. Getting inside is always much worse than being locked out. Avoid!!!

I went there with my ID to get some Cigarettes, in which my boyfriend had his ID also. We both went up there 3 times waiting for the cashier to say the system wasn’t down anymore and then I go back up there and he says he can’t sell it to us because we both asked . We have our ID!! He didn’t want to sell to anyone because it was 12am.. OCTOBER 17th 2021 , I have problems here all the time but I waited here for 40 mins and he says this.

It seems every time you go the this location there are signs on the door saying exact change only! Does the manager not know how to go to the bank and get change to run the store on? I have never seen this at any other location just this one.

Currently at the store and she is literally looking at me. Waited for 10 to 15 minutes. She came and I think she realized I snapped a picture of her. Customers don’t matter here, they have plenty of money to treat customers how they want.

OMG. Super slow. Why do you all have 4 employees working every single visit, yet only 1 cashier ringing people up? When there is a line of 8+ people every single visit. Management really needs to do better.
