Best fast food restaurant in Prairieville, Louisiana (LA) 2024

5 employees in the store, 4 doing random chores BUT 1, ONE register open at 6:15 am with a line to the door. Customer service here is usually good. With a store this size and as much business as they have it should be nothing less that 2 cashiers, especially if you have the adequate amount of staff. ~Ashley

Horrible service. Drink half full. Whopper with Cheese cut in half. Took these pics after my nephew bit into it. To pay regular price for half of the service is awful. This happened at 9:40pm 8/1/2021 All food was cold no heat on anything so disappointed 😔. Order was 13.38. ~Lindsey

The young lady taking taking our order did not give us time to give our order. She asked us if there was anything else we wanted, but we were still discussing what else we needed for our large family, and she said your total is $___. We then finished our order, paid, and when we told her, you're rushing us and need to give us time to finish ordering before you cut us off, all she said was "do you need ketchup or hot sauce?" No apology or anything. Not our typical service, and we were a little disappointed. ~Paul

I ordered 2 burritos and a hard taco. It doesn't even come with sour cream which I hate. They purposely put sour cream on a item that doesn't even come with it! This happens way too often and I love taco bell. I wish I can give 0 stars. Oh and for those who say go to the gonzales location they are 10 times worse. I can't deal with simple orders being messed up this bad. I don't usually complain but taco bell has fallen nation wide over the past few years. Every location constantly has my order un eatable. Please check food before leaving. They get it wrong 1000% of the time. TB needs to restart from scratch bad. ~Dee
