There are 3 taco bells all within a few miles of my home. This is the ONLY one I will go to. The food is always good and cooked right, the staff know me by name now and they're extremely kind to me, and the service here has never been bad for me since this updated building was built not long ago. Thanks for making a fast food place a home for me. Y'all and McDonald's next to y'all are the best. I can just come here and sit down to take a break from work, and they welcome me.

Never going here again! I was going to get 6 Cheesy Gordita Crunches. After waiting for around 15 minutes in line, the employee asked for my order. Before I could finish placing my order he rudely cut me off with “I’m not doing that, I’d quit before I do that! It’s only me and him tonight.” 10:15 PM, 9/14/2022. I wanted to call the manager but the phone is disconnected. Hope the owner reads this and knows who was working. They could probably afford to pay high for better employees without all the drive-offs from the poor, slow service!

Horrible completely horrible, absolutely no customer service and my food was completely wrong. No effort into preparing my food. I tried calling several times they have the phone going to voicemail. I will never come here again and don’t waste your time!!!!! I wanted to leave the stars blank

The sign on the door of the brand new Taco Bell says Dine In or Drive through. Well I wanted to order from inside the restaurant and guess what, the door was locked. The staff looked at me like I was crazy. Why was the door closed when the Covid epidemic requires no mask. ???????? Who knows!

Terrible service. The cashier did not even take my order right and kept clearing his throat like he was going to spit. I got my bag and opened it at home and a burrito was just thrown inside without the wrapper. No napkins or hot sauce. All of the food was prepared sloppy and just thrown in the bag.

So we got our food correctly which is why I'm giving two stars. I have a restricted diet and while fast food is largely off the table for me, being able to replace meat with black beans - it's not the best option but in a pinch it works. So to do the black bean swap you have to order on the app, which I did then proceeded to get in the drive through, where the lady in front of me sat in the drive through blank faced for 10 minutes,. literally 10 minutes, so I decide to go inside... Big mistake. The manager is walking around on the phone, drive through worker was doing her nails, and the line cook was at least putting some things together. 5 minutes go by and they notice me, 5 more minutes go by before I'm acknowledged, then 10 more minutes go by before I get my food. I could have cooked my food by now. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location.

Ordered for pickup in store, received message order ready. When I got there Lobby was closed and staff made us go through dive through. Drive through was a 35 minute wait. Food was a total disaster. Half was cold (burritos) wrap bas burnt black, and order missing cinnamon twists.

By far the worst taco bell I've ever been to! Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and got basically nothing but shell. Asked to have it fixed and they just gave me a cup of sauce! Horrible service!

This wasn't the best experience.. We waiting in the drive-thru line for about 30mins. Once we were at the window to pay we noticed 3 employees standing at the drive-thru window. One working the window, one playing on her phone with the gloves on that I'm assuming she would go back to preparing food with & the 3rd may've been passing the orders to the person working the window. It was obvious that they weren't using their time efficiently at the rate the line was moving. We ordered the Nacho Party Pack, which was tasty but definitely didn't look like the commercial that led us over there. Also there definitely wasn't enough meat to cover the chips. So if several people were supposed to share this, many would be disappointed because they wouldn't have gotten much meat on their chips if any.
