I think 5 stars are not enough. I was in the process of buying a new car and even with excellent credit the dealership would not give me a better rate. I then came across delta community credit union and their process was much smoother along with rates that no one can beat. Melanie Luangrath was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was constantly in touch with me and walked me through everything and made my car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Oh, I forgot to mention, the whole process was completed over the phone and online; without stepping a foot in their physical location.

Unprofessional and frustrating. Been dealing with the same problem for over a month now. Paperwork was “lost” by them. Had to go and do everything over. And still dealing with issues due to an error on their part. Extremely disappointed in this branch.

Consistent with other reviews, this place is a hot mess. Full office of staff doing God knows what. They make banking very difficult. The Area/Regional Vice President over this branch should fire everyone and start over. They really are clueless. Update 9/3/2020. Well, at least they are consistent. Consistently bad that is. Best I could tell when I visited this week they had 6-7 people (employees) in the branch and only the receptionist and teller appear to be consistently working. I was doing a refi of my car loan and arrived at 12:40 and didn't leave until right at about 2pm! This isn't a house loan. 20 minutes to see a personal banker even though there was no one else talking to any personal banker. The receptionist was nice and working hard and when I finally got to see my personal banker she was nice and all. However, in between everyone seems to mill around and socialize. Outside of the receptionist you would almost think no one else worked there. I grit my teeth every time I have to go in here for something.

This credit union, as a whole, is terrible. Online banking has been down going on 4 days now (which is unacceptable). So, I have to go into this location to make simple transactions. The employees are lazy, have no clue that the online system is down, and are unwilling to find out for me as to why online banking is down and when it will be working again. I'll be looking for a new CU and look forward to the day I can rid myself of this place.

I already had an account with Delta so I went to them to refinance my car because I was paying a ridiculous amount monthly. We were helped by Lori and let me tell you guys, she was beyond amazing and made the process so easy. This was my first time ever dealing with the whole refinancing thing and I don’t think anybody else could’ve helped as much as Lori. She truly made it a great and memorable experience; she was so friendly and made the effort to get to know me and my boyfriend on a personal level which helped to take the stress and anxiety away from the entire process. I don’t ever really write reviews but her customer service and just everything she did really made me want to write this review about her. So thanks so so much Lori for everything that you did!

Small town feel in a large city bank. I love walking into Delta Credit Community Credit Union. The people are so nice and ready to help. I worked with Eddie Johnson, who is the Branch Manager, and he was just wonderful.

Young gentleman at front desk became super annoyed when he had to put down the novel book to help us around 11 30 am today. He threw us a pen and few forms and went back to reading.... Super condescending and rude!.. like I was there to beg for favors... at his bank! Delta is a credit union, right?

The people in the location are great....this service is terrible....I am taking my business elsewhere totally. The app does not work outside of business hours.....I have had my card out on hold more times than not with no contact to reactivate causing me to go through the call cycle....and why do they ask for my information with automation if when I get to a live agent they still ask me for this information....what is the point. 3 years with this company and I am very unhappy with the results 😔

I recently went in to finalize the paperwork for a car loan. I thought the branch closed at 5 and arrived at 4:25. Sarah, the Member Service rep, greeted me and started processing the paperwork for the loan. She realized not all of the paperwork was correct -- the dealer was out of state and had failed to provide the necessary lien holder information -- so Sarah had to email them. Then she had to talk on the phone with them. Then another email. By this time it was well after 5 o'clock. I apologized for keeping her past closing time. She smiled and said it wasn't a problem at all. I looked at the door and realized it was actually 45 minutes past closing time. I apologized again, and she smiled again and said, "Really, it's okay." She stayed another 45 minutes to ensure everything was completed and I could leave with the check for the car that evening. She could easily have told me to come back in the morning, and I wouldn't have blamed her. I'd have been disappointed and inconvenienced, but it would have been my fault for not knowing their business hours. Instead, Sarah stayed an hour and a half past closing time to accommodate me. She was professional and courteous and extremely pleasant. This experience epitomizes the reason we're members of Delta Community CU. Thank you, Sarah, for taking such good care of us!
