They have the wrong inside hours listed ! We just drove all this way for them to be closed even though it shows they open at 8. Then the sign on the door says they open at 10am on Wednesday smh. Find another competent credit union because this one makes no dm sense

Going to the bank is not always something that everyone looks forward to on their Friday mornings. But this particular Friday morning... my trip to the bank was a DREAM! Ebony gave me the most delightful customer service I could have ever imagined and I would go to the bank every day of the week just to hang out with her. She also did everything I needed for my accounts PLUS more. I would give a million stars if I could! Put this woman on top of the corporate ladder IMMEDIATELY!

I have scheduled appointment 11:00 AM. Leaving the house when i check reminder from the Bank if i have any conformation that i need to give at the Bank. I find out my appointment time is 10:00 AM. I have waited for this appointment for last four days. Before arriving to the Bank calling costumer service to get help with my appointment. If it is book for 10:00 AM already late. I was told to explain what happen my appointment at the Bank. Arriving at the Bank i was denied for my appointment told to make another one. I was not giving up on my appointment call costumer service two or three times leave a message to assistant branch manager EBONY RAMEY. She have make my DAY TO MOVE ON. THANKS AGAIN. She understood that we need service. Call back make me the same day appointment and give service we need. THANKS AGAIN.

I have been with this credit union for yrs. why so many workers has to take break at the same time. I been waiting on someone to open son account up. Then another worker goes to break 20 mins after I have been waiting. It’s only 2 customer waiting lobby to be seen. I have been here over an hour. This is a shame! Ga United!! Step your game up before I step on to another banking! I have seen other banks that have step to technology and have offer customers so much more. I always say that I love who I bank with,. so please don’t make me, my family and friends change our banking!

Called to report my card lost at 3:30. Card finally blocked about 3:50. Had to hang up to call to get card reissued. At 4:56 I'm still on hold with no help from customer service rerps with no power. This service sucks. Need to close my accounts. They deserve no stars.

Each year, I am always grateful for their services, especially cyber-banking. It seems like Wells Fargo and Bank of America either screws customers with high hidden fees and/or has problems with cyber hackers, phishing, etc. I love GUCU!
