I come to this bank every single day and I’ve never had a problem. Today I came and the teller in the drive thru seemed to have a nasty disposition about herself. I made a business deposit that had loose change apart of the deposit. Before even attempting to count it she handed it back and informed me that the loose coins have to be rolled. I asked her how do you know it’s enough to be rolled by just looking at it and not even attempting to count it. She said “Cause it’s a lot of change” with a certain unprofessional look on her face. I took the $1 worth of Pennie’s out and replaced it with a dollar bill. The amount of time it took to take the pennies out of the deposit bag she could have utilized the coin counter that she said they didn’t have. I am a Unit Manager and one thing I despise is a lazy employee or one that doesn’t go above and beyond to satisfy their customers especially a customer that comes to make a deposit every single day. Then to top it off I ordered change and she didn’t even do that right. I ordered $200 in ones and $200 in fives she gave me $400 in fives. I guess having to do her job and count the change really threw her off. No wonder they have a 2.8 review.

Very unprofessional staff and customer service. I highly recommend NOT doing business with regions bank. I have had the absolute worst experience and was left on hold for 30+ minutes asking to speak with a supervisor because of bankers miscommunication!! If you’re looking for GREAT service go to Navy Federal.

Charge me $10 for cashing a check that somebody owed me. Why $10 to cash a check? I suggest to anybody who gets this to get everything they can as they're walking out of the bank. Water coffee ink pens etc brochures. Etc throw the brochures away enjoy the coffee and ink pens. And tell everybody how much that bank sucks
