As a previous employee of suntrust. I was very disappointed by how rude one of the bankers was at this location. There was only one banker available and she had an attitude, I politely asked if I could be assisted without an account before waiting in the seating area for a an unknown amount of time. I said excuse me; sorry to interrupt I just had a quick question. Miss Vivian Henderson responded “you need to sit down and wait your turn” with a crass tone..I was appalled she talked to me as if I was her child. Very unprofessional and it needs to be addressed that is no way to talk to anyone. I would never open and account here after how I was treated.

Absolutely horrible teller (Danny) Very unprofessional. We went into this bank to cash a check(large sum) made us walk of the bank with money in hand would not place money in envelopes or anything. She is extremely rude not sure how she even has a job. We felt discriminated against because we watched the customer before us treated with more respect and his money was placed in a bag so he wouldn’t have to walk out in the public with such a large amount of cash. How does BB& T allow such things to continue happening.

Very positive experience. Another BBT branch had made an error some time ago that was holding up a needed cashier's check; Bryan and the team were extremely apologetic, taking full responsibility, and professionally resolved the issue quickly.

Sonja is the manager here but she has no clue what costumer service looks like. It's ok, Bank of America is across the street.

One of the worst ATM banking system they have. I've been complaining regarding this for more than 5 years now. Most of the time their ATM is out of service. But today even their other branch ATM is down and one of their branch has shut down completely. What a waste of time. I wasted more than an hour driving within 3 mile radius. Even the customer service helpline wait time is more than 16 mins. The least I can give is 1 star, I wish I could give them negative points. But there is none here.

Bryan, the branches notary, helped us set up a Trust Fund for my brother who is battling cancer. At one point my brother was too sick to come to the branch and sign paperwork. Bryan took upon himself to drive in the dead of Atlanta traffic across town to personally deliver paperwork and notarize his signature at the hospital. During the entire process Bryan was compassionate and offered more than words during our troubled times. We will never forget Bryan's and BB&T's kindness.
