Ms. Barbara at Emory alliance was amazing.. From start to finish. I applied for personal loan mid afternoon and by the following morning I was approved. She responded to me instantly via email. Informed me of the documents I needed to complete the process and in no time I had the documents emailed to me to sign. Easy as 1-2-3.. ~tamara

Banking can be confusing BUT it shouldn't be difficult and cause worry. I am not a member of Platinum Federal Credit Union but I must pause to say, I wish I was! We needed a Co-Oo bank since our Credit Union is in a different state. Platinum Federal Credit Union stood in the gap and provided excellent service! Their employees did their due diligence in security checks (trust me you want a bank to do that) and provided us with rest assured peace that funds for the right amount would go into the correct account. Thank you Platinum, you have awesome tellers! ~TT

As a previous employee of suntrust. I was very disappointed by how rude one of the bankers was at this location. There was only one banker available and she had an attitude, I politely asked if I could be assisted without an account before waiting in the seating area for a an unknown amount of time. I said excuse me; sorry to interrupt I just had a quick question. Miss Vivian Henderson responded “you need to sit down and wait your turn” with a crass tone..I was appalled she talked to me as if I was her child. Very unprofessional and it needs to be addressed that is no way to talk to anyone. I would never open and account here after how I was treated. ~Jewel

Horrible Customer Service. I called several times and they are very unprofessional. There seems not to be any accountability held to the employees. I asked the Male CS representative why he was so unprofessional He told me without hesitation " like I said, your asking me the same question twice " way to go with your " SERVICE " to you customers. never again. I'm taking my money out ~Mark

Nice station could have rated it higher but to close to the entrance and exit and makes getting to the pumps sometime dangerous ~ATL.T

Kroger fuel center is the place to go for gas. I collect fuel points by pretty much shopping only at Kroger. That's helpful, considering the cost of gas nowadays. They have a dozen pumps, and a nice lady at a cubicle in the middle, where you can ask for snacks and soft drinks. I always charge my gas purchase, but while I fill up I go and talk with the lady and wish her a nice day. The last time I got gas, I had a pleasant conversation with the man on the other side of the pump filling up his Humvee. The Belvedere shopping center has a neighborhood feel to it and I'm comfortable talking with strangers there. The do a land office business there, what with a dozen pumps. It's convenient to Memorial Drive, what with a traffic signal right near the fuel center. Stop by my neighborhood has station! ~Gaston

Quick in and out. convenient. Use your kroger card for instant savings. small secure booth for cashier but snacks and beverages are kept out side for purchase. Plenty paper towels to clean your windows. Sometimes they have authorized salesmen offering new products. ~Lois
