Ms. Barbara at Emory alliance was amazing.. From start to finish. I applied for personal loan mid afternoon and by the following morning I was approved. She responded to me instantly via email. Informed me of the documents I needed to complete the process and in no time I had the documents emailed to me to sign. Easy as 1-2-3.. ~tamara

Horrible Customer Service. I called several times and they are very unprofessional. There seems not to be any accountability held to the employees. I asked the Male CS representative why he was so unprofessional He told me without hesitation " like I said, your asking me the same question twice " way to go with your " SERVICE " to you customers. never again.
