So this was my first time going back to Popeyes in a long time because I don’t eat Popeyes chicken out of Montgomery anymore because it doesn’t have seasoning on the chicken it taste bland like it needs salt but this time I just left my doctors office and I wanted to try some chicken some Popeyes chicken the girl at the Dr. Davis office said that Answer it’s some good chicken and I live around the corner from Popeyes chicken on the north side of Montgomery but I live in the neighborhood of the woods it didn’t take them long they did I ask for the thighs and they didn’t have any so she gave me a breast and a wing that was OK are usually I don’t eat a breast because the breast is dry to me it was full of flavor it was not dry 1 to 10 it is a 10 I went through the drive-through me I ask for salt or the sprinkle packets because I’m always making Montgomery Popeyes chicken don’t have season on that chicken didn’t need any season it was good Go ahead little white girl in the manager thanks I most definitely will be back

Horrible customer service. Cutting off before completing full order and not even saying the total amount. Out of all the negative complaints no changes have been made.

They take old chicken and drop it in the grease so the chicken is extra hard and dry. I wouldn't recommend ann st popeyes to my dog. I ask for fresh chicken everytime I go because I know it's not gonna be fresh. The workers will pull you up, have you to wait only to bring you chicken re-dropped in the grease as if you can't tell the difference. The prices are high and you still can't get fresh chicken, just ridiculous.

I live over half an hour away from this place. Wanted to get a bite to eat on my way home from work. The guy taking orders was rude, he didn’t even give me a chance to look at the menu and then messes up my order after he rushed me. I ordered mash potatoes and gravy and got French fries. I’m highly disappointed with the location on Ann street in Montgomery Alabama. I called no less then 5 times and not a single person answered.

Had to be the worst customer service. The lady who attempted to take my order sounds like she could careless about being at work. She didn't want to deal with the fact that I did not want a drink but just the meal. Clearly does not need to work in customer service.

Was looking forward to some good chicken, this location failed. The staff was polite but very unorganized. We ordered spicy chicken fingers and we recieved regular and they seemed to be on the verge of stale. Luke warm and chewy. The sandwich was dripping with mayonnaise, like the jar was spilled onto it........ The other items were fair, mash and gravy, dirty rice. They were warm, not hot. Overall i would avoid this location if possible, not up to the standards set by other locations.

I ordered the classic fish, and there was Cajun sauce all over the outer package. Then I looked at the fish, and it was burnt on the edges which I was trying to figure out how. I cut it in half to see if I could salvage it, but it was awful. I reached out for a refund because that was a waste of my money, and I still haven't heard back from the restaurant. And the fries were rubbery.

Had a nice time talking with the manager name felita. She is an awesome manager and have great employees that work for. The place was clean and tidy and the food was prepared properly and tasty. I highly recommend this Popeyes to anyone that's in the area of the ASU college. It is a very Lively atmosphere and a great diverse group of people that actually come here. You can actually feel secure and safe.
