Drive thru was not undestandable over speaker at drive thru. Talked 100 mph, then when at pickup window, very rude and she was being rude about the way she came over speaker. I still could not understand her face to face at window. Never had problems with kfc before with my 30 years traveling until I came to this one. Food was good, but I will never return back to this KFC again.

Didn't have much menu available! Did not have a lot of their main item meaning chicken! Staff not friendly and prices high! Don't waste your time stopping here

I ordered an 8 piece meal and the lady told me to drive around to the window. I get to the window after she gives me the price, I ask what sides come with it. She gets smart and and tells me they are on the sign back there and this is what comes with it. At this point, I'm about to cancel everything and get a refund! Note to KFC in Demopolis, Al. It's 2:19 p.m. Jan 20, 2022. Everyone you hire isn't meant to deal with customers! Will not be going back...

If I could rate them a zero, that’s what it would be!! We went through the drive-thru around 7:40 on a Saturday evening. Tried to order hot wings and the young lady said that they didn’t have wings. Fast forward to Tuesday… we wait in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes. The young lady asked us what we wanted. We told her 16 pieces of chicken. Her response…oh that would be an hour wait. We won’t have chicken until another cook comes in. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Went through drive thru and ordered a bucket of chicken. Lady at drive thru was very rude; not courteous at all. Apparently, she was having a bad day or just didn't care. People with non caring attitudes should not be affiliated with customer service. I'm sorry that we decided on food from this restaurant. We will never be back. There are other options.

I've been to KFC several times over the last few months, and for the majority, everything was good. Here lately, and especially the last three times, my experience has not been enjoyable. If it isn't the wait times, it's the accuracy of my order. For example, today I waited 10 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and some macaroni, got brought hot wings and something else - they took it back, and I waited another 5 minutes without any word. I went in from here, because, well, I had to get back to work sometime today. As I was walking through the door, I made up my mind to just get my money back and stop by the store for a quick snack - it seemed it would be less trouble. The kid who took my order, cashed me out, and then brought me the wrong order, met me halfway across the lobby heading out to someone else's vehicle, told me he'd be right back to help me. I waited. When he came back I told him what I wanted, and he told me no problem, he'd handle it. Instead, he went back to taking drive thru orders and just laid my receipt on top of the sauces. I waited. When the customers ahead of me were done, I told the girl behind the counter what I wanted - a refund. The manager came over, I explained to her the issue, and she apologized and gave me my money back (while reprimanding the kid, because apparently this has been a "more than once today" thing). Now I'm not posting to be ugly or cause a scene, but to be honest and express my opinion. I love KFC! I don't love how y'all have dropped the ball lately! I'm hoping this post serves as motivation - Please don't become like McDonald's or these other fast food places who just don't care about their customers. Strive to do better!

I went and the lady on the speaker was rude, she rushed me to order and had an attitude when I asked her to hold on. They lost business because I refuse to patrionize an establishment with rude workers. However, 97 out of the 100 times I have gone through the drive thru and had to wait for 2-5 minutes, I havewaited patiently . Customer service must get better.

Food it's good as usual, but their chicken strips are cut super thin, like fish fillets, weird. Staff was not that friendly, attended to be happier when we were leaving. Also when we walked in, took a good 3 or 4 minutes before we were acknowledged.
