The female attendant was not helpful. My wife had bought a new Samsung Galaxy note s20 phone from AT&T by phone . Went to the AT&T store for help setting it up. She said that my wife would have to transfer all of her data manually. She kept putting up inventory and not helping my wife.

If I could give this store minus stars, I would! Worst experience ever in AT&T store! Staff was rude and no help at all. Was there 3 hours They couldn't even access my account. Do not waste your time going there. 😡👎

Today, I had the honor of meeting Gwendolyn, an excellent AT&T employee who did an above and beyond job just to help and other customers while I was in the store. I drove from Tuscaloosa, and I am glad that I did. And I plan to visit her store whenever I need an upgrade - her personality and hard work will make the drive worth it!!! She is very personal and knows her job very well. I also noticed that customers come and wait just to be helped by her and I don't blame them. She loves her job and treats customers with respects. Thank you for all that you do, Gwendolyn!!!

I loved visiting the Demopolis Al store where Gwendolyn work at. She’s very nice and seems to be very knowledgeable. Always have a friendly smile on her face and works very fast to help everyone. Always greets you with a smile when entering the store and always willing to help making sure you understand what you’re purchasing/the best options. Thank you Gwendolyn I think you deserve a raise.

Felt comfortable 1 on 1 ratio keep distance so the store isn't crowded which made me feel a little safe during this pandemic. I went looking for 1 prepaid and left with 2 new hookups. She was very professional and mannerable I had to ask her to stop calling me Sir but this customer service isn't available everywhere nowadays. I appreciate Gwen for just being nice and patient while I was stressed out!

Gwendolyn was very nice, knowledgeable, and respectful. On sat I went in looking for a flip phone she gave me a deal I couldn't resist i left with 2 phones. I didn't know any of my email or contact information she said "I got you" and she did just that I have pictures contacts even apps nothing was lost from me porting in from a different provider ( I wasn't planning on switching companies only came looking for mom a flip)Will be seeing her every time I need phone service.
